We had high expectations that our business can be saved by partnering with Nutech. But the results they gave us was pure disappointment and shock.

DO NOT EVER DO WORK FOR OR USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will scam you out of your money. They always have an excuse for why they won't pay you. We legitimately get calls from them regularly because they've run everyone else off locally. It's sad because they go through so many employees that I feel bad when the regularly new person that calls needing tech support and finds out that no one will work for them due to poor past experiences.

I am a large corporate business. I hung up after listening to "you can dance" for 24 mins. My corporation will be hearing about this.

Like many other previous employees, I am also waiting to get paid. They are the biggest scammers who find a reason not to pay you.

This was the worse two weeks of my professional career. From day one, the owner was on your back. I set up 6 high quality appointments within these two weeks in which generated a lot of money for the company. Myself, another sales representative and the sales manager were fired or forced out within the same week. The owner is all about himself and doesn't care about anyone else.

It is the first company I have seen where the clients need to put in more effort than their employees. You have to follow up with them rather than being the opposite.

I do recommend sign a contract with these people. Just like the other reviewers here, they don't pay me for the security alarm project. I've spent hours on the phone without getting any assistance and explanation. So unprofessional. Be careful with these guys and read the other 1 star google reviews.

We were very disappointed with the service they gave us as our company so much from them. It's a big headed people in it.

The few other reviews I read are correct, they do not pay for your full amount of time.

Worst company in the security industry. You are NOT safe with these guys.

The company will send you out on a job and then when you're done they refuse to answer emails or phone calls.
Update: I see they responded and can only say I contacted them numerous times with all paperwork and still took over a year for payment.

If you are looking to work hard and grow your career with integrity, Nutech National is the wrong place to work. Management is untrustworthy, over promoted, clueless and lack of integrity and genuine concern for employees and customers. They don't have the money to pay you so they just make up something to fire you.

Worst customer service experience I ever had. They don't pick up the phone, and if they do, they have no asnwers for you. Only call them if you can wait for the half an hour or so every time before you even hear a human voice.

This company doesn't have the integrity on doing what they had promised to the client. The response time takes too long and need continuous follow-ups before your issues are resolved. Definitely not recommending.

Being that this is a national company, one would expect that they would value and cherish the subcontractors that they use across the country however that is not the case the Nutech National. After subcontracting for over 8 years and providing quality service for their customers, they have progressively paid their invoices later and later well beyond their signed agreement terms which they would no longer honor. Over 100 days late in recent cases. Late fees were applied but they refused to pay though their agreement terms stated no longer than 45 days. Needless to say we have since terminated working for Nutech and will refuse any future requests from them. Do not recommend subcontracting for nor using Nutech for any security services at all.

Nutech is a great alarm company! They are honest and their support team is very helpful. They are experts and I trust them.

Really bad customer service, no one would want to entertain when it comes to technical issues or any other issues you might encounter. It's really disappointing knowing that they are a huge company and couldn't give you a little time to help you with your problems.

Do not do business with this company. They subcontract their work then fail to pay their subcontracts. If that is how they treat the people who install your "defense" system how do you think they will treat you?

We did business for/with this company a few times. Still waiting to get paid after over half a year! These people should be ashamed of themselves.

They don't pay their employees on time. Also, when you chase them for the money you earned and deserve, they won't even pick you calls! Beware!!! Big Red Flags Here.

I was having issues arming my store recently and their staff helped me out and were very professional!

Unprofessional company to do business with. I've tried to reach them for the last 1hr and they won't pickup. Don't work for this company

They own me on three projects in which i have paid my employees and drove 4 hours in one direction to get to a AC Moore store. They have been sending me from one account person to the next. They owe me thousands and have not and will not pay me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Dont every work for this company they dont pay their employees promptly they will send you to a site and not answer the phone. Justin in technical support sends people out to test his equipment connectivity and then tells them to leave without paying. I tried calling their call center and they kept me on hold for over an hour this happened several times. Shame on these guys you need to get your act together. You need to respond to your customers and employees and not give them the run around. A good Project Manager allocates enough resources to every aspect of the business and completes projects on time.

This business is a straight scam. I am in the same boat as everyone else. They act all nice but pay their contractors. So if you want to work with a security company that is honest and trustworthy, I recommend saving yourself the trouble and going somewhere else. A complete waste of time.

Nutech is a great company with years of experience and knowledge. I am very impressed with their support team. They have always been friendly and helpful! I would recommend Nutech and have to other business owners.

If I could give a negative star I would. As someone else stated in the reviews, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NUTECH NATIONAL. We were a sub contractor for them who performed some service work for one of their national customers and they took over 4 Months to pay then shorted for the parts we used. I called them and they stated they shipped replacement parts which they never did and refused to comp or replenish over $200 worth of parts. Called and emailed numerous times over the 4 months when waiting for payment and they never once returned a call or followed up. Can't imagine how they treat their customers.

Job descriptions here are not very clear. The low paying salary is not enough to compensate for all the hard work. Full of lies and broken promises. If you ever get the chance to be interviewed here, make sure to put into papers all the beautiful things that they will say.
