This company is one of the worst place to work for the owner is a liar and unprofessional the staffing coordinator is like a puppet they are so unorganized

I worked for this company for more than 3yrs as a nurse. They first gave me opportunity after I graduated from nursing school. Compensation was good and you choose where you want to go and work. Loved it!

The owner is rude.. The respect she has for her employees is horrible. One thing i learned in the nursing field is we was taught to be empathetic and sympathetic.. And she showed either. Money is the root to all evil. I guess when your not the boss you get treated like crap...

I been working with Nursing Care Services for approximately 10years nursing care services is a great agency to work,to growth in the file of nursing you come as a staff member and you get treated as a family wish make nursing care services the best of the nation.

Best staffing company to work for. Owner is a RN. If you want to work and not worry about facility politics, this is the place for you. Mostly LTC, PC, and ID work. Sometime I do private duties and high tech nursing. More work than I can do. Great place to work as a nurse.

This is the worst place I have ever worked. How the owner still is lincensed and able to stay open is beyond me. Besides all her legal issues (DUI,FRAUD,FORGERY) both professionally and personally, her mental issues were far and beyond. She mistreats all her employees both in the field and in the office. I am not just a disgruntled employee. Take this is a warning. When she has her mental breakdowns (far too often, she needs to get medical help), she will close the office and stop paying her employees. We had to come by the office every day for 5 weeks to see if we could get paid just so her ditzy cousin could make excuses or not answer us at all. I have seen her scream and abuse her employees first hand. She had a good thing going but she was so terrible, her entire office team up and left. This isn't the first time that's happened either.
This is anonymous because she's known to quite literally stall her previous employees.
Prospecting employees beware! I wish someone had warned me.

NCS is hands down the best agency I have ever worked for in Pennsylvania. They are always professional, they pay very well compared to others, and care about you. The owner is a WONDERFUL lady that bends over backwards for you. Do not believe other reviews ! Those employees must have been poor employees and she didn't tolerate it.
If in the field of Nursing ; I HIGHLY recommend Nursing Care Services over the other patheticly ran agencies in the Philly area.
