This hospital is a joke. 8 HOURS for procedure that took 20 minutes. NU Health Hospital, 2nd floor ASU in East Meadow needs to be reported for their negligence in patient care. Patients should never be subjected to such a Negative environment. Time management, communication and patient care does not exist here. This hospital is a Joke!
I had an appointment on March 25 at 3pm and until know the doctor has not put in for the medication I sat outside the cvs at 216 Henry st in Hempstead by 11550 for 4hours in pain and they never do it I call them several times I went back in the morning nothing this is we are afraid to use the hospital this is shameful I will never use them again
dirty, staff friendly or trying. In the middle of the night my IV done and I had to go out to looking for a nurse. They discharge me a month ago and I still don't know what happened to me. Right now I'm at the hospital with an appointment they asking me why I'm here and I been waiting for 3 hours and a girl came and told me we don't have a room for you...but they are calling others people that got here after me.
Appointment for???is going to be the same you have to wait
For anyone trying to get better this is not the place to go. It felt like jail.No heat. nothing to do plus your basically told what you can and can't do. I believe anyone who is stuck there for long periods of time should be treated like that. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

I complained of shortness of breathe so the emergency room attendant at 6:00 am didnt catch his name told me to go home and im fine. No need to monitor me i throw up and fanted but he told me your fine just go home
The most wonderful healing facility for OT and PT around. I was beyond fortunate to be send to this exceptionally caring, friendly and professional Rehab Center. The physicians are all top-notch. The therapists are knowledgable and get you motivated to get back to yourself.
Again, I could not be more grateful and blessed that I found myself at NCMC.
I called here to complete an employment verification without financial information and was completely thrown by how rude and unprofessional the receptionist was regarding their process.
