It is an apartment type hotel. Overall, the clubhouse is wider than other hotels. I have been staying for a long time this time, but there is no cleaning of the Chubu House. Towels and other amenities will be exchanged at the front desk. If you do not have to worry about cleaning, you can relax without worrying about time! Weekday cospa is a batch!

"Pathogenesis" It is worthy of the help of the male staff at night. The family s fever and vomiting in the middle of the night have not improved. They need medical treatment. Although everyone has limited communication skills, the male position can tell that no one can communicate in English from the ambulance to the hospital. It is quite difficult. The male position took the initiative to accompany me to the house to understand the situation. I saw that the family was stable after vomiting, but told the neighbors that there was no drug to buy in the middle of the night. It was only waiting for the drug at the neighboring pharmacy at 8 am, and he also informed the walking route.
Although it is a hotel, it is just a renovated old single mansion. We stayed for 2 nights and felt it was not worth the price.
Towel change is self-service to the front desk and bed sheets are not changed. The water around the bathroom is old. The water in the wash basin is likely to overflow due to poor drainage, and the water from the wash basin flows back into the bathtub for some reason. Whether the air-conditioning is not effective or the insulation is bad, it is very cold. -The light switch is only on the wall and you have to walk up and down. Because there is only one elevator, it is kept waiting.
It was originally an apartment building, and it was made. It is not perfect for staying, there is good transportation access, there is subway in around 5 minutes on foot, there is JR if we go a little more. Osaka Castle is also on foot! Moth
I think the hotel is small, but the facilities are very complete, suitable for backpackers, stoves, complete living facilities, hotel services and facilities.
The room was not that clean especially compared to other hotel mystays that I have been to in Japan. Having a small kitchen was nice, but I never used it. To have new sheets you must pay extra.
The triple room is quite spacious compare to typical japanese hotel with kitchenette which is really helpful although the oven in our room is really dirty so we don t even think to use it and the refrigerator smell like something had rotten inside. Coin laundry machine in the first floor is convenient. Bathroom is really small and lack of hanger for my clothes and towel but I can compromise the size of the bathroom since this is an apartment building converted into hotel. Cleanliness I would give 6 out of 10. The staff speak limited english, but I can still communicate without any problem.
Now the things that pissed me off: - I rented mobile wifi, I used the same reservation name for the room and mobile wifi and should be deliver to this hotel but the staff refuse to accept the package although I already booked the room. So I end up relying on free wifi for 2 days.
- I visited Japan annually and every time I want to sent my luggage to Tokyo, the hotel staff where I stay always help me filling the shipping label even though I don t ask them, not in this hotel. The staff only pointed what should I fill in the shipping label. That is still okay for me, at least I can sent my luggage to Tokyo. Later that evening when I got back to the hotel there s memo in front of my door written in japanese, so I go to the front desk and they say JP Post tried to call me regarding my shipment and want me to call them back. So the next morning I ask politely (twice) to the staff to call the JP Post for me since I don t speak Japanese and they refuse without any good explanation.
Although I would like to stay again in this hotel but I rather stay somewhere else since I don t see Japanese hospitality in this hotel.
Stayed for 8 days in beautiful Japan. Switched 5 hotel/Airbnb to chase for coverage. I.e. scratching the surface of as many tourist spot as possible in the given amount of time. This is by far the most dated hotel. Not a bad place, but given the choice and price point available, I would be giving other places a chance on my next trip.
Quiet environment, there are several supermarkets nearby Tanimachi 4-chome Station is conveniently located about 4 minutes away! Remember to go out from Exit 4. From this station, take Tanimachi Line and go north to Higashi-Umeda for 3 stops. Umeda Station and JR Osaka Station are not far from the station! Easily return to the airport or to Kyoto. If you go south from 4-chome station, you can transfer to Kintetsu to Nara at 2 stations! There was a comment before that the room smelled of smoke, then you can choose a non-smoking room that is, The disadvantage is that there are not many nearby attractions, only the Osaka Castle Tenshukaku is worth visiting! I am not very satisfied with the nearby restaurants.
A very affordable apartment hotel, This branch has attached kitchen and tableware. It is available for backpackers to cook on their own. Garbage is taken to the first floor for centralized treatment. The clothes drying on the balcony gives people a feeling of going home. The room is super open, Different from the narrow sense of space of the general Japanese chain business travel, The only downside is that there is a distance from the subway station. But there are business supermarkets nearby that can be bought cheaply. Have the opportunity to stay and stay home to relive the intimacy.
Everything was there as per description; beds comfortable; the reception polite and have booked us a taxi for 05.00am BUT somehow felt it needed "a new coat of paint" on some things. Fine for one night, as we've used it.
The room is moldy or smells even with an air purifier. The bathtub has black garbage, hair under the bathroom mirror, and dust on the top of the bath proof. Amenities such as shaving are not in the room but beside the front desk, so the first person wins. This is not a place where you can spend money.
The room is bigger than the other, but it is a bit far away. It takes a lot of time to go to the sights and take a lot of time to go up and down the line. There is no elevator in the nearest subway station, and it is a bit wolf in the rain.
The C/P value is not bad, giving 4.5 stars. Clean, coin-operated self-service laundry, we have a small kitchen room type, easy to chat, still known as spacious. Surrounding traffic (metro), convenience store, (small) izakaya (we are difficult to find a location for ten people) restaurants are very convenient.
Pleasant hotel,, ok location, rooms feels larger than normal for Japan. Access to laundry, useful (not free). Wifi is good but usual clunky login with minor glitches.
Great English speaking service from the front desk, super clean room, located in easy access point to subway and various shops and conveniences. They provide toiletries for free and have a great structure.
Some rooms are pretty big, enough for 4-6 people. All rooms have small kitchen . have self service wasing machines. Good for longer stay n family. The location is fair, and only 1 small&slow elevator though.
Friendly staff at front desk, washer and dryer in the building are a plus. The rooms however are run down, old and outdated, ripped wallpaper, stains everywhere and weird smells
It was fine for a few hours stay in Osaka that we needed, but was not the most pleasant hotel experience in Japan.
The family room for four people, the kitchen has a living room, the three rooms are very spacious, the equipment is very complete, it is a great feeling that we have lived.
I had some mix feelings during my stay. The rooms were extremely dated and smelly. Cleaning service was NOT provided as well. Aside from that, it was unbearably noisy during the night especially due to the inevitable sirens. On the other hand, the rooms were huge! Laundry was provided too at a reasonable cost although honestly the laundry machines weren t great.
I had a lot of worries until I left because there were so many reviews, but it was so good!! All of the front desk staff were able to speak English and had Korean instructions! The front desk is open until 10:00, so you have to check in by that time. Two people went, but it was good because it was two beds, and there were many reviews saying that it was small, but none of them were too narrow! I have a TV and all the vanity chairs. I didn't use the kitchen because I didn't do anything, but it wasn't bad! The toilet is also small, but it was not uncomfortable to use. I think it should be used dry. Basic towel gowns are exchanged at the front desk. Toothpaste, toothbrush, shower towel, shampoo, rinse, body products, etc. are provided, and there is a disposable item next to the front desk, so it is not necessary to bring it. There was TV and there was a veranda, so I ate a can of beer on the veranda!! This is a great place for the price! Even if there is Osaka Castle nearby, there are many convenience stores, marts, and restaurants, so it's great to buy breakfast or eat! There is also a pharmacy It is also close to the subway!!
Old room with heavy damage on walls and in the bathroom. Difficult to get to if using public transport and while the rooms are very large in comparison to my previous hotels elsewhere in Japan I would not stay here again
The room for people have one kitchen, dinner room with TV, and three good size rooms. The beds are confortable and the bathroom are nice with the shower separte from the lavatory and the sanitary vase. And very acessibily price.
I have stayed at Hotel Mystay for so many times. This is the most disappointing one. The four-person room type is completely different from the online picture. The counter also said that it is an unacceptable answer to the shooting angle problem. The hair left by the last guest will not come again in the future.
Namba is not Umeda, and the location is almost ambiguous, but if you are confident in the subway, it's okay ... Um ... I am satisfied ... I went to Osaka Castle Chammairashim,
Some rooms in the room cannot be used The cleaning of the room is not very sure The smoke smell is quite heavy, and the air quieter must always be on. The double bed is very small and it is difficult to turn over The bathroom equipment is very old. You have to turn on the tap of the hot and cold water to adjust the water temperature. Subway Tanimachi 4-chome station nearby, not far from Osaka Castle
The room is spacious but the bathroom and kitchenware are old Although there are washing machines in the official website photo No washing machine equipment in the room after check-in Coin-operated washing machines are only available in the tower The wall of the room is damaged, only the patch is used to fill the wall. Kitchenware has a gas smell when used old Air conditioner has ectopic use of heating when there is noise
Very spacious room at low price. Highly recommended for family vacation. Friendly staffs. Late night checkin is OK. Free High speed wifi. But the bathroom needs to be renewed.
It's not a hotel, but an apartment for singles. When you open the window, you'll see a green net to keep the pigeons away. The closet had a musty smell, and although it was a non-smoking room, the door was yellowed. I was disappointed because I thought it was a hotel.
It is an apartment type hotel. In spite of being cheap, room is spacious, and living and bedroom can be spent separately in another room.
It is an environment where you can cook with pots, plates and cups, microwave ovens, three-burner stoves, and rice cookers. I have not put any seasoning.
This hotel is a renovated old apartment. It was small but I was a little entertained as I imaged an ordinary hotel. The room felt like saying "I'm ready" and I was reminded of living alone. I think that it is tough for those who are not good at old units, as the water around is not a renovated feeling. There is a coin launderette and vending machine on the first floor. We think that it is suitable for long-term stay and business trip because we can stay very cheaply, but paid parking lot of neighborhood is high, and stay is generally for price setting saying "how much until 24 o'clock, how much from 0 o'clock" It will be quite expensive to use at. It is a pity that the hotel is cheap.
Few reasons why I dislike this hotel 1. Bad hygiene (saw a gum sticking on the wall near the beds) 2. Bad service (no one will tidy up your room and they made us book a 4 people room instead of 2) 3. Expensive (l
Do NOT stay here! It s old, ugly, dusty, extremely noisy as it s close to the hospital and you hear ambulances and traffic all night, and it smells horrible. Staff are rude and unhelpful. We booked for two adults and 2 children, paid 3 months in advance and were then only provided with two pillows and two threadbare towels for four people! Hotel staff refused to give us more pillows, saying there were none. They made us pay 100 yen each for extra pillowcases which we stuffed with clothing to make our own pillows. The Art Hotel Osaka Bay is much nicer, closer to Universal City and the Aquarium.
Very comfortable hotel, very close to Okayama Station There are many restaurants nearby. Izakaya This single room is super satisfied. Clean and comfortable Friends' double room is also great There is also a massage chair in the room.
The caustic rain is good. In the famous business hotel Toyokoin-style hotel, you can indoors. It is close to the subway station and is good for mobility and there is a large grocery store nearby. Namba, Osaka Castle, etc. It is very easy to move to Osaka Hot Spot. We can check in by 10 pm. English is available at the front desk is a futon.
There is a curry restaurant near Nidomira. There is a lot of grocery stores, but the price is really cheap, so it is recommended if you are traveling to Osaka for business.
There is plenty of room and a small kitchen for a simple meal. But the soundproofing of the window room was not good, and was awakened by the noise of a group of crazy girls in the diagonal room in the middle of the night.
The front desk is smart, but there is no cleaning service, the room is cleaned only once in 2 weeks stay, so that you are littering yourself, there is only one elevator, etc. Negative point.
