I became caught between two late night flights and decided to get a room for a comfortable bed and shower. The airport has cheaper sleeping options (the Boxtel and sleeping pods), but if you want a room with space this is the place. The hotel is probably 25 years old, but it's clean and well taken care of. It serves its purpose as an airport hotel and I doubt experienced travelers will find anything to complain about.

Rooms are clean, tidy and quiet. Food is a little expensive compared to outside, but during COVID, atleast you know this food is safe. Room service is 24 hrs. Very polite staff. Be sure to speak basic English so that it's easy for the staff to understand what you need.
As i found the room, found a big lovely cockroach. Room was changed.
I didn't like the taste of the food..

Stayed here during my transits through the city. Rooms were clean. Bathrooms were clean too. Hotel was well maintained when i visited. Check in process was smooth . Staff were well behaved.

Free and convenient transport to and from airport. Super service and very comfortable bed. I will visit again.
Next to the airport but you can't really get there by walking. The rooms are spacious with massive bed but the furniture is quite oldish. The bathroom has shower and bath quite classic. The place is clean with big windows and quite. There is only cafeteria open downstairs, bar and restaurant closed, room service available. The food was tasty and good portion. Staff helpful and efficient.
Very clean and the rooms are big. The food is good as well. They gave everyone a little gift for christmas. It was nice of them
We used novotel for 12 hours only but wished stayed bit longer. Rooms were big and the shower area was spacious. Rooms were clean and presentable but I forgot to take any pictures as I got comfortable . It was very quite and pleasant to sleep. Highly recommended if in Bangkok for short stay. Please note all the pictures were taken after using the room. Staff where friendly and very quick with request.
