Great customer service. Delivered my fridge to the house and set it where it needed to go. Even removed the doors during delivery so it didnt get scratched. The Manager Jean(John) is super great to work with and all of the employees are extremely friendly and helpful.

I have been dealing with this company for years. And when I walk in John and Roy knows me by my first name. It s a family outside of family when I walk in. They go out their way to make sure the items I get is what I need and can afford. The service delivery guys is awesome and they take their time to make sure everything is right before they leaves unlike other companies so I am loyal to this company because of their service. Thank you John and Roy and every one who work there.

Owner/Manager "Jean" (pronounced as "Jon'' - ) spoke to our mother yesterday about his store only having 1 Freezer left and that he could deliver it to her home on tomorrow, but stated she needs 5 references as a requirement.
So, one day later/today, I (the daughter, 1 of 4 adult siblings) called to tell "Jean"
owner/manager, that I can be one of the required references for our mother. HE was aggressively UPSET and told me that my mother hung up on him yesterday....... I explained to him that I was never told that my mother ever hung up on him and that I don't believe my elderly mother would do that ((( i was thinking, maybe he misunderstood, or had mistaken her for another caller, etc....))) I listened to him and waited for him to allow me a chance to explain who I am, etc.... and again finally, I stated TO HIM THAT I (daughter of 4 siblings) was calling him to be one of my mother's 5 local references so she could get approved for the freezer he and her discussed yesterday that he could deliver to her home on today. BUT, he was upset so I asked him to please be calm and told me "He is calm" while still accusing my mother of hanging up on him and blaming me. And sooooOOOOOOO at this point, I told him I apologize for anything that he's upset about and I asked if he still has the freezer and he said yes. I said, moving forward..... that I want to "Rectify" the "5 References situation" because (again) I am willing to be a reference for her, that my mother has neighbors, 4 adult children, church members, other businesses, and documents, bills, etc.... to prove her residency and income, etc..., etc.... and that only 1 youngest/disabled sibling lives in the same household as my mother, ( because "HIS REFERENCES REQUIREMENTS are "5 References outside the household), and so on.....and so on....... BUT TO NO AVAIL....."Jean" talked right through my words, interrupting saying he does not want to do business with any of us, etc., etc.....,etc..... AND at that point I REALIZED "WHY Someone WOULD choose to hang up on him, and so instead of saying too much, I decided to HANG UP on him while he's still talking through my words.
>>>>> NOTE: HE had previously stated that THIS WAS HIS LAST FREEZER in stock, and it's for a 24-month RENTAL @$99.97 per month contract, or he told my mother (yesterday) that she could PAY CASH FOR IT! <<<<< WELL FOLKS, I guess someone already PAID HIM CASH FOR IT anyways. We'll never know?

YES, I (the daughter) today, chose to HANG UP ON YOU....BECAUSE YOU clearly are blaming my mother for something she did not do yesterday, AND for taking it out on me on my first call ever to your store today.
Sir, HERE IT IS...... There's a PANDEMIC Killing people and people are DESPERATELY trying to survive in the best way they can, and YOU, SIR.....get upset that an old, disabled, hearing-impaired woman calls you and YOU think she has hung up on you after clearly talking to her for a long 23 minutes call yesterday about your last freezer........MEANWHILE, she thought y'alls call had ended yesterday on a good note, and she never thought no-one hung up on you. BUT......either way, you were blatantly rude to me today and did not permit my attempts to defend my mother, myself and/or to apologize for any misunderstandings, or to ask you to accept any apology I had sincerely offered, NOR to "RECTIFY the situation of her 5 required references."
SHAME on you!!!! Our mother cannot go out due to her severe, chronic medical conditions that renders her disabled and a "High-Risk Patient. Her only way to ease her situation at home, was to have a freezer to store food in for her and our disabled brother that lives with her, so that they do not have to leave their home to shop for groceries but once per month due to this virus. ))))))))))
