Best ever Resort stayed in Phuket...Next to Patong beach..10 mins to Basngla market....lovely views...xcellent breskfast..

The hotel location is nice and close to lively Patong Beach area. Its little more than a walk to the beach but they do have frequent free shuttle service to Patong Shopping center. From there, you can explore the nearby areas easily.

I booked the Superior Ocean View Room. 1st impression of the hotel was nice as they allowed early check-in. But first couple of rooms they initially offered were disappointing as they were having Patong area view with lots of cables and barely any view of the Ocean. After discussing with them again about the room name as "Superior Ocean View", they finally gave a room which was somewhat better. But the fact it was off season, it was easy to negotiate to change the room. Ideally I would have preferred getting right room in 1st go itself though. I wonder how people experience here during peak seasons when they are offered no choice to change the room.

Suggestion for them to classify room descriptions correctly in website.
Other than that, the breakfast was good and pool area is also nice. The staff is really helpful. The in-house Thai massage services are also great.

I had a wonderful stay in Novotel Phuket Resort. The reason I choose this hotel is because it is situated at the cliff of Patong beach where we can have a magnificent ocean view from the hotel. Although I did not book the ocean view room, the hotel staff gave a room which has partial ocean view and the town view. The room was clean and the balcony view was great. Our room was near the swimming pool and the Patong beach was about 6 mins walk down the cliff. We had a great time at the 3pools with a poolside bar. There is a free shuttle bus to Central Patong shopping mall.

We had an amazing time at the hotel! Very good food, a very beautiful garden, an unforgettable view from our balcony, very very friendly staff, they took care of us as much as possible, that we felt like a royal family! We love everything at the hotel! Thank you so much, guys! High recommended resort!

Charming old hotel at the end of Patong beach. Set amidst a challenging elevation, it offers great views with a very Thai setting. Great place to relax and rejuvenate. Service is friendly and helpful. Food is ok. Rooms are comfy for this resort and the price you pay is fair and reasonable.

We stayed here to finish our journey through Thailand with the wife and kids. I am so glad we chose here to end the journey. Wutti and the team here were welcoming from the beginning and accommodated our every need.

The resort: on entry you are treated to a visual delight, setting a real tropical feel and what you d expect in this part of Thailand. The staff were amazing and we were treated with treats and a welcome drink whilst waiting (which wasn t long at all). The staff were attentive and very friendly taking general interest in our situation and our time in Thailand.

The room: we had the family room (until our flights were delayed) which was a massive space and gave us the parent time/space needed after 10 days of travel. The massive living room, two rooms (including the kids room complete with en-suite) was incredible and only a short walk up the hill from the restaurants.

To eat: the resort had three places to eat from the members lounge through to the two restaurants on site over looking Patong and the three pools. The food was delicious (and we ate a lot) with all cuisines you can think off from traditional to western. Servings were generous and pricing was great considering the place we were in. The staff were amazing and bent over backwards to help.

Facilities: this is one of the best resorts we have stayed as a family with three pools, bars, restaurants, tennis courts, walking tracks and close to Patong. We left only a couple of times to head into town and the beach for a swim as pretty much everything was here.

Overall: Wutti and the team were incredible. Our flights were delayed due to weather and the team helped out incredibly with providing us a room and seeing we weren t left stranded. Throughout our stay we were treated with special meals and a tasting with the incredible chefs. The food was delicious in both restaurants with a fantastic selection of cocktails.

We couldn t have asked for more than what we had experienced to end such a nice trip.

Steep steps to get to the hotel from beach which were a bit difficult during big heat of the day, but still doable
Pricey but worth it for few nights if you can afford it since it's quiet and comfortable

Beautiful resort that overlooks the Payong beach. Hotel staff is a comparing, spa services, excellent and the hotel breakfast has something for everyone.
They have a shuttle service to Joyceylon mall , where you can shop till you drop. If not, take the shuttle to the bottom of the hill, runs 24 hours and explore Patong on your own.

I booked a sea-view room.. Initially the view was not that good.. trees were coming in between and the nearby wire circuit was making too much noise..I requested the receptionist to change the room.. she changed it to a full seaview room, I just had to call on the front desk and my choice and request was respected..

The coconut water and the fresh napkins they give is also really a warm welcome..

Everyone including the guards or driver or room service ppl.. all were really amazing( as in entire thailand I found people really mean)
