Nice place to holiday and quiet place for charge energy

Nice atmosphere calm many trees in the hotel complex, there are apartments too

beach beside the hotel & villa shangrila project, every day I always pass by & stop by relaxing

Nice well appointed resort. A free shuttle 6 minute ride to and from Safe secure Nusa Dua Beach every 15 mins. Pool chairs are usually filled to max by 9.39am..and children everywhere..so not the resort for quiet spaces....
We would stay here again..but not at $140 AUD a night...

5-star hotel which has spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms. The design is a little old school. Breakfast menu varies and is average tasty. Minus, there is no paste and toothbrush and hotel slippers. Just given if asked. Even though it's a 5 star hotel. But the hotel is quite comfortable and quiet. Although spending time on vacation in the hotel will not be bored because of the many facilities and spacious hotels

The room is very comfortable. The facilities and the environment are great, supported by nice staff. The private beach is lovely, beautiful and clean. But the service of blue bar and the square restaurant is very slow. my wife and I had lunch there 2 times, and it took about 30 minutes for them to serve our orders completely. Moreover, we don't really fit the taste of the foods. it's kind of tasteless for us (as Indonesian). But overall, we had a good time staying at novotel nusa dua bali.

We had an amazing holiday to this resort. Apartments are well equipped and spacious, very clean. The service was great, F&B a bit expensive for what they offer and compare with the reasorts near by, but plenty of choices in the area. Lovely pool and good breakfast.

Hotel is very good, clean and tidy. The staff speak very good English and are polite and helpful. Good choice of restaurants and the on-site Cafe is excellent.
Suggestions- can the rooms have mugs and ashtrays provided in the cupboards.
Also can there be short session provided so that guests can learn basic Indonesian?

Comfortable hotel. Large swimming pool. Breakfast menu is also complete, Indonesian food is available.

Is always nice to be back at Novotel Bali Nusa Dua, as Accorplus member this time we were upgraded into three BR apartment with pool, which found it very spacious, clean and well maintained.

My favorite things are huge pool and surrounding by garden.

As always the staffs are friendly and very helpful, special thanks to Mbak Lady and Mbak Lia, who are assisting us during our stay.

Great hotel for honeymoon and longstay. Their food is delicious, many facilities such as: private beach, lagoon swimming pool, shuttle bus, spa, children club, resto, minimart, etc.

Not much vibe about it, clean and what youd expect from a big chain.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are clean, and there were a lot of variety for breakfast. Also, there's a beach right in front of it.

A beautiful green area, very friendly staff. The hotel itself nicely decorated in Balinese style, but in need of renovation, especially the bathroom! There was rust everywhere, after a shower the bathroom was under water, the toilet seat was yellowed and dirty, and there was a constant stench of sewer, the mirror and the tiles were dirty. The rooms are very noisy even with the windows closed we were woken up by noises at 7am! Breakfast is not designed for the number of guests until 10.30 am, we had to stand in line and wait for a table, there weren't enough cups, glasses also had to be queued at the coffee machine.
Not enough lying around the pool and also on the beach, you had to be there early or put the towel down in the morning to get a lounger. If you are traveling without children I would not recommend the hotel, as it is a family hotel and therefore very noisy.
What we can recommend is the food in the Beach Club, fresh, tasty and cheap!
The beach is nice, but it should be cleaned every now and then or at least the rubbish should be picked up.
Our conclusion, it was our first time in Nusa Dua and would not book either the Novotel or the area again.

Breakfast menu needs to be reviewed / improved menu n taste of food.
Check-out time can be more flexible because we are in the tourist area.

We visit this place once a year - great place to stay and great facilities. I will say the food is good - not like some places up the beach (just a a cheap taxi trip for special times together) you can get board with the food in the restaurant but I love this place as the local village is just a short walk with a variety of good local food.
Kids - great for kids as there is a stuff for them to do, pool is a good size and well kept.
Ladies, from my wife's experience the treatments are great and well priced. Will be going again soon. In fact my wife has just come back a week ago.
Rooms are big and well maintained - A relaxing place.
I am a hard critic so a 5 is hard to get.

Only at the Accor hotel where our family was racist

My family is very happy in this hotel, especially my kids love so much the stunning swimming pool.

The location at ITDC Complex and near to the beach.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, so it's a comfortable vacation here

3rd time to Bali got to say best hotel we have stayed in.

I recommend this place for family with under 10 yo children.
