Novotel Nusa Dua Bali Review

A very comfortable hotel, quiet which is clearly a 5 star hotel with amenities
It makes you really feel at home living in Bali, access anywhere "is close, to the airport is also not too far.
Recommended for those of you who vacation in Bali, of course, the price for this is quite good.
It's true what the saying goes, there is a price, there is a way

The hotel room is ok, the hotel environment is ok, when I want to have breakfast at the restaurant the front desk is less friendly, the breakfast menu and taste are standard.

The service was not satisfactory, the area around and the swimming pool was dirty, then the problem with breakfast I was disappointed there was no buffe but the ala carte class did not match the price and menu, after I complained it was explained to the manager named Windi that it was unpleasant. Once again what the real 5-star service should be. I think 5-star hotels are like 6-hour hotels

The hotel is clean, beautiful, the food is good for service

I love the environment, love the hotel at Nusa Dua, very convinient, great hospitality...but only the pillow was to hard, not like other 5 star hotel and the food just ok, not fantastic. But I love my deluxe room, big enough for only me and husband.

The area around is green, pleasing to the eye, suitable for holidays.
Breakfast is rich in variations of Indonesian cuisine while maintaining the quality of western food ...

The chocolate lover cake at the Pause Cafe was very tasty. So lovely.

Staff a very polite but don't seem able to rectify small problems, the sofa bed in our apartment was full of mould it took over two hours for anyone to come and check it out ,then they agreed and apologized, they brought us a single role out bed which we were happy with, we went out the next day and when we came back they had removed the roller bed and made up the sofa which was still mouldy, currently an hour has passed and even though we've called them twice nothing has happened .

when we first arrived we were given a room that had multiple power outages but when staff found out we were given a complimentary room upgrade!! all staff were helpful and friendly but room staff did not give us new towels and toiletries unless we asked. great pool with lots of pool chairs. balinese entertainment at the restaurant was very good. overall good value family holiday

Disappointing food from breakfast to dinner no where to eat that was air conditioning room sheets had dry blood stains on it when I informed the manager they tried to blame us for it they brought up new ones that also had stain it took them four times to get clean ones never again

Good hotel and very suitable for family, housekeeping response was very quick to resolve my complaint. The swimming pool is really good, during the day swimming is not too hot because there are lots of trees. Really recommended.

A comfortable place for vacation with family. To be able to enjoy novotel and Bali, it takes 5 days and 4 nights. Satisfied it

Hotel located inside a complex with Mall and other hotels lusso.Le rooms are almost like mini apartments with all confort.presente kitchen and a nice balcony.
The beach is 10min walk away. In case there is a bus every 15 Min can save the journey.
The hotel, like the others, has its own structure in front of the sea, long beach and beautiful sea.
Bicycles are charged, although I believe they should be provided free of charge considering that people move almost exclusively by taxi.

Friendly staff, spa, gym, pools.
What we do not love you, but then again this is my problem, it's also food for those looking for something neutral and not to Inglese or local.

A suitable hotel to relax, with the design of apartment models and spacious rooms, the right choice of family.

It's great for a family vacation especially for kids because there are kids playground so kids won't be bored

Beautiful hotel and resort, friendly staf, breakfast is good, garden and pool is entertaining, you can go to the beach with free shuttle bus, the beach is private, clean and beautiful

Novotel Nusa Dua is one of my favourite Hotels in Bali. They have villa type room which is very good if you are travelling to Bali with your family.

Not much to eat at breakfast

I thought this hotel is one of the best hotel around here, but this hotel prove me wrong. Can not be flush toilet, and it repeat for 5 times.

Too salty breakfast. Monotone breakfast. Oh God...

But still enjoy the scenery.

Circle K nearby, lovely pool, inside the BTDC area, awesome private beach, and helpful staffs.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Novotel very much. It is family friendly, clean, well set out with shady trees, in and around the pools. We would be happy to return .

Amazing staff and perfect for families with young children.
One of the best holidays as a family we have had. Facilities were great but what made it such the most wonderful stay is the staff.

The one bedroom suite is really spacious..

Well appointed, large rooms, kept pretty well. The cleaners do a great job. Great private pool and small private garden with our ground floor room - ideal for evening drinks with the family. Grounds generally really well kept, with lots of greenery and Koi ponds build around the circulation (stepping stones through these could be a problem for younger kids, although there are probably rooms not in these areas). Only one pool/bar restaurant area, although there is a decent variety of snacks and food on offer. Lots of variety just outside the hotel in the tens of local restaurants within 10 mins (Tripadvisor ratings for these seem pretty accurate - some of the street food places are surprisingly good, and better than the more upmarket looking restaurants). Some issues with water pressure in our three bathrooms, the baths would take an absolute age to fill if we wanted one, but showers generally good. Aircon in bedrooms good, OK in the living room/kitchen, but won't keep the place chilly if you leave the terrace doors open. Beach very nice, not crowded while we are here (April). Drinks fairly expensive in the hotel bar compared to locally, but not ridiculous. We've just been having one or two beers, and then having our own in the room before going out for dinner, where everything is at least 30% cheaper. Separate small cafe with reasonable cakes, pastries and sandwiches, and surprisingly good coffee for lunch/breakfast if you want it. Generally, very enjoyable so far, and fairly good value for money.

Fine, cosy apartments. Cleanliness maintained after years. Well kept gardens, good quality breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Professional but feels like home.

Great experience we shared at this resort, everything was spot on. The Guest relations team was such a wonderful person who went above to ensure our stay was fabulous, all staff were very professional and pleasant. Thank you Novotel.

Great hotel, with nice room, nice staff, nice service

Well-kept hotel, friendly staff. Unfortunately two star deduction as there were a lot of families with children. The second deduction, because of the overpriced food and drink prices.
Wouldn't come back to this hotel.

It is a awesome place to stay .... loved their services !!!.....

In the activity of Nyupi, I made the decoration of the fruit a child. The children were crazy and cut, and I also got the finished watermelon. It was a fun experience that I can not usually do.

The site is large and it seems that I am lost. But I think it's almost enjoyable in the hotel and it's safe for children. The rooms were clean and the staff were warm.
