Novotel Langley Perth Review

Things have changed since the mining boom, they are trying now. Cookies on the counter, staff at breakfast were welcoming, attentive and responsive

It is located not too far from the shopping center, 2 blocks from the hotel, such as Supermarket WOOLWORTHS, McDONALD, etc. Not far from Swan River, in the morning you can see the sunrise, the view is good.

The room was comfortable, tidy, and everything was to our satisfaction.
We found the staff very pleasant and happy to answer our queries.
The hotel is conveniently located near public transport, especially the 380 bus to the airport.
We found the overall value excellent.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff at reception were excellent.. Bar/restaurant very friendly but had to hunt them out for service...
The rooms are very nice. certainly slightly dated. Bathroom need far more lighting!! no mirror lighting at all.
A better shower would be great too...
Very comfortable bed and pillows.

PLEASE get some better coffee!!!! those freeze dried packets are disgusting and then to have a day with only decaf made me get dressed and go downstairs to buy a coffee very early in the morning!!

Had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent and very reasonably priced. Certainly better than most hotel restaurants...

Overall very good stay and will definately stay again..

Have stayed at the Novotel Langley Perth on quite a few occasions and have always been greeted courteously and genuinely, my last stay was no exception. The feeling is like returning home after a long absence.

Overall it was a happy stay at Novotel Perth Langley. Room was clean, comfortable and hotel staffs were very helpful. Few days before I reached, I requested a king size bed room for my 21 months toddlers to be able to sleep between me and my husband, it was wonderful that the next day hotel come back and confirmed a king size bed for me. Besides, I would like to mention that the hotel restaurant also served delicious food, we had tried few dinners and one lunch here and every time it did not disappoint us. The chef even accommodated to my special vegetarian requests and make me a excellent cheesy pasta with different type of fresh vegetables. I was enjoyable with my stay here.

Well the location is good, but the hotel is kind of old. Facilities not really good. Door was abit hard to open and no complimentary water bottles given. Only 1 welcome drink was given instead of 2.

Our stay was only very short but we were very impressed. The food in the restaurant was amazing, we highly recommend the signature dish, the surf and turf. We received a free upgrade to a king room and I worked out in the gym which had an awesome view of the river.

My husband stayed here in January when he flew to Perth to be with his sister who took suddenly ill and died in hospital. The hotel and it seemed all staff were made aware of the situation and was incredibly supportive and caring during his stay. They provided an incredibly good rate despite him just arriving unannounced. Room and facilities were of a high standard. Thank you to everyone at the hotel who helped to make the situation more bearable for him. Your kindness and professionalism will be remembered

Othel is old. Needs a lot of renovations. Rooms are not very clean and a lot of problems with electricity. The staff is very nice and the food is delicious they just need to work on improvements and renovations.

Lovely older style Hotel with large room areas. Very relsxing after a long flight from Europe. Great views and food.
