Physically old hotel but unfortunately an old mindset too. Didn't offer free WiFi, beds were just decent and the carpet seemed depressingly drabby

I love the hospitality at the restaurant. Especially the chef . best cheese omelette in that place

Excellent service and very friendly staff. Food was awesome. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again. Stayed in disability room and it was very accessible.

Stayed at Novotel Perth Langley for seven days, the staff are professional and attentive to our needs, free biscuits and rocky road at reception, free WiFi for Accor members, car parking (pay) is available, big cars may find the area a bit snug . The hotel is in need of an update, well presented gym the view from the hot tub area is outstanding however needs maintenance, I think they could utilise the area for something else to take advantage of the view. Breakfast very well presented and full credit to the team and especially the breakfast manager with her Irish accent (sorry forgot her name) ensuring we were well catered for. Sen5ES were also very good in particular Fenians Pub, which is accessed from the lobby, and boy what a fantastic menu and traditional Irish music to be had with a Guinness or two. Will I stay again yes.

Staff are polite and know their jobs well. Setting and equipment in the hotel can be improved further though the room size is good.

Only visited a friend who was staying their and had dinner at the restaurant and the food and service was great.

A great venue for conferences and a drink afterwards

I rated the experience as 5 stars mainly because of the staff, on particular the staff in the restaurant at breakfast time. Awesome service.

Nice friendly staff and a pleasant place of stay. Food was good and the hotel was located ideally to many other places

The staff was friendly and nice but the place needs improvement. The phone wasn't working, the lights needed to be fixed. We had to call someone form maintenance to fix the safe and the lights. Also they made vegan pasta for us which was expensive and not up to the mark.

Very well placed. Good home and all the necessary comfort. Attention, internet is paying.

The most boring margarita i had! Paid $18 for this?! Unacceptable - lacking salt and style extremely disappointed

A splendid Australian welcome, smiling staff, available. Although the en-suite bathroom is a few years old, the hotel is nice, clean and offers a gym with mini SPA on the 12th floor for training and / or relaxing with a breathtaking view of the river. Excellent location, close to the park, riverfront, to the media, to the center. And now inside the Irish pub with live music.

Good hotel. Only complaint is that the bathroom set up is still old and not upgraded. No hand shower so it is hard to shower for kids and lady who does not want to get her hair wet.

The WC in my room already had a hairline crack. No one spotted. (Time to change it as it is a danger to the guests)

The staff are excellent and very attentive. Further, their breakfast is good. Cannot be missed.

Also NO free WIFI except at the lobby. (But you can get free Wi-Fi if you join their Le Club Accor)

Excellent facilities - room was ideal for training new office staff.
Catering excellent - Maitre'D 100%, waiting staff ditto.

Great 4 star hotel with unusually high standards compared to other 4 star properties around Australia.

Being regular stayers with you guys ,its always a pleasure ,great food ,ambiance and attentive staff makes up for a great weekend away .Besides which your hotel is our only port of call when we stay in Perth overnight.

I requested a room away from the elevator. I was reassured it would be so. The room was right next to the elevator! It took me another trip to the front desk and changed it.

I called Housekeeping twice around 8ish to get some tea bag but no one answer the phone.

The lady at the reception was cold and rude during check out. Neither a smile nor a thank you during the whole process.

The room was nice and clean. I was able to rest up

Mould shower. We stayed on the 3rd floor and you could by the dust piled up on carpet and the smell that it hadnt been vaccuumed in a long time. Rooms were good size. We had 3 in a room wirh only 2 towels for shower. Very disappointed

Nothing wrong with the hotel but the food they are serving is possibly the worse food I've ever had in my life. I can imagine this is what they would serve in a jail or detention facility. The "intercontinental breakfast" is a stale bun, with a tiny packet of usually coco pops. The lunches and dinners change but they are all extremely bland and for some reason, they put corn and carrots in every dish. Absolutely shameful and I have seen the food that other quarantine hotels are serving and its a lot nicer. Lift your game asap before you get more bad reviews as i know a number of guests are extremely unhappy with it.

A great stay at the Novotel Perth Langly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food choices were excellent and the spas were great.

Ive been to lots of countries and seen lots of cities and stayed in so many hotels but never experienced the hospitality and caring friendly environment from staff anywhere other than Novotel Perth .
Staff at breakfast are super lovely, attentive,friendly and they are geniune.
Love love loveee the reception team are amazing.
Worth every penny. :)))

Friendly staff and well presented room, uncomfortable with shower being in the bath.

Attended a graduation cocktail, this was at North/south Riverside room, silver room and boardroom. Catering was great. There more than enough food to go around. The staff Derek and Diane were very helpful in ensuring the function went smoothly.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. After one nighf staying there i decided to go somewhere else.

Excellent location, friendly helpful staff in all hospitality areas. Restaurant served interesting food and breakfast was superior to the last Novotel we stayed in. Staff were excellent, they appeared to sincerely enjoy their job, and they always ensured guests received excellent service.

Awesome place to stay and relax in Perth. Near to the river, tourism spots and center of business

We stayed for a week and found the staff especially helpful and friendly. The apartment we had was very specious and well appointed. The breakfast was always enjoyable and had very good fresh bread and pastries. The range of food on the buffet was very good. We used the Senses restaurant several times and found the quality of the meal to be exceptional. The restaurant staff were excellent. We will stay here again next year.

Nice hotel, great value for money for this location. Could walk in to the city center. Easy stroll down to the river.

We were made very welcomed by the first contact. The Junior Suite was lovely very spacious with breath taking views and a spa. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating our Anniversary.
After enjoying the spa we were relaxing in the large living area when we had a knock on the door to our surprise a staff member was standing there with a bottle of wine and chocolate cake wishing us a happy anniversary. This made our weekend to think that a large corporation like that would think of doing such a nice thing. Other hotels we have stayed at have always charged us for the little extras we have never been given complementary wine before so thank you Novotel . As we booked out with a lovely late checkout time we were surprised once again to be given free parking which was going to cost us $15-00.
These little extras make people feel important. The Novotel overall was lovely with staff that were very attentive and helpful.

Stayed 4 nights in July the room was run down unclean and jaquizi dirty big let down

Overall good but the lobby is quite small. No so satisfy with the housekeeping.

I had a great room for my recent stay, with great views over the swan river.

Quiet excellent accommodation, a little dated but great food & great staff

Staff were very polite. We had an issue at check-in as I had booked using a groupon, but they eventually found our booking. Wad disappointed that you had to pay for internet, so chose not to use it.

A great two night stay in one of my favourite hotels in WA. Very friendly and professional staff and a great food are always something I am happy to come back for.

We booked thru DIMI and our booking didn't show when we arrived. The staff were excellent though and the food was lovely.

This hotel is seriously way due for a renovation. I would call this a motel more than a hotel.

Had dinner with some friends that were staying there and it was great food. The service was wonderful too.

Actually i wanted to feedback this at the hotel itself before i leave but due to my busy schedule i couldn't, all the staffs are very professional and good customer service, starting from lobby front desk to breakfast restaurant, all very nice smiled and greeted nicely, shows high level of professionalism. i was very much impressed on the service. i wanted to tell something that happened in the car park, one of the day when i arrive to hotel around 8pm, all the car park lots were taken, but the security officer who was there, managed to find me a car park and ask me park in that space for the night rather than ask me to leave and find a car park lot myself outside, very much impressed.

Very nice hotel in a very good location. Close to the city center. The restaurant on the ground floor is one of the best foods I ve had in a while. Truly amazing! Apparently, it s an award winning restaurant as well. Looking forward to come back.

Nice staff attitude and friendliness. Has a decent gym unlike many, and it is on the troop floor with great views. Lots of character in the Irish pub on the ground floor

Room was big. Windows could not open, so I missed a little bit fresh air. The breakfast buffet is super nice!

Hotel was good, staff were lovely. Internet was an issue however as our guest log in would not be recognised, it was inconvenient to get a new password each day.

10/10: I found ALL your staff were fantastic. My up grade to a super king room was marvellous. Front Desk Staff were 'Tops'

Had a great family buffet breakfast in the restaurant. The omelet station was a bit slow but all the staff were very friendly and professional.

It is relatively near with cbd, Elizabeth quay, 2 malls. You can see swan river while relax and enjoy on deck view above fitness centre on 12th floor.
