Novotel & HICC Review

Nice hotel with great staff.
Smooth checkin with arrival gifts :)

Professional front desk, takes care of all guests irrespective of age/gender. They provided toys and gifts to my son :-) Swati at front desk needs special mention.

Wide breakfast spread and the staff at the restaurant is very friendly and welcoming. They try to understand customer needs and make customized food for each individual. Bharath, Sindi, Meenakshi and Krishna took care of us all throughout our stay. Staff gave us special, surprise cake cutting, when we were about to checkout from hotel.

Wide swimming pool, but fitness center seems to lack equipments (especially for shoulder and triceps workout).

Excellent venue. Excellent sound system! The food however was just above average. Was expecting better as I have been to their other restaurants. Super clean toilets as expected.

Excellent place. However it can be reached only by private vehicle. It is a lonely place. Infrastructure is very good.

Enjoyed a lot! Pool side barbeque is awesome. Food taste is fantastic with perfect blend of all the spices.

Best conference experience in city, haven't been to rooms, try this pool side drinks up to 4 am ...

We visited novotel for team lunch and I felt that food served is not worth of the cost.. Though variety of desserts is fabulous, they can increase the variety of starters.. And options in main course menu is very minimal... And they were not able to handle huge crowd...

Staff & Food is good. Its a hotel with quite a good number of mosquitos around so be ready for few bites at least if you are in the reception lobby.

Awesome , it's my favourite place,
Hyderabad best hotel.

We are back at our favorite hotel Novotel HICC for a staycation, on the day of my wife's birthday and this time we were in Junior Suite room. Check-in was very smooth and the entire staff at the reception gave a very welcome to us - with some toys for kids and an amenity kit bag.

Room is very spacious with huge glass windows, providing scenic views. Though it is our 3rd stay staycation at this hotel, we never feel board - be it Food Exchange (formerly The Square), La Cantina, Le Cafe, Swimming Pool, Lawns, Kids Play Area etc. They always have something new to offer and always ensure a very pleasant stay.

While we were there - Moroccan Food Festival with Chef Oumaima was going on at Food Exchange; Sea Food festival was going on at La Cantina and toothsome Easter Goodies at Le Cafe. Can't ask for more - everything was awesome.

Surprise cake cutting was arranged for my wife, by the staff (Rashmi, Saifur, Gajanand, Chaianya & Abdul). Also, baby bed was provided proactively by the staff. Thank you very much.

We strongly feel staff is the biggest asset of this hotel and it is their customer-centric service that makes us consider Novotel HICC without any second thoughts.

Special mention to guest relations executive Swathi for her incredible efforts in ensuring best customer experience.

Few suggestions/observations:

1. We traveled with infant and the baby food got spoiled, as the in-room refrigerator stopped working at night. Very helpful staff at Food Exchange immediately helped in preparing baby food for us - so, no issues.
2. May be you can consider providing a microwave, on demand, in the room. For us, they arranged for a room service boy to pick up the baby food, get it heated and deliver it back to the room - so, no issues.
3. Carpet design can be better
4. Looks like, shower door bumper is not fitted well - so, the door is swinging.

While I'm writing this review, my 6 year son is already asking for our next stay dates at Novotel HICC :-).

My favorite hang out place for late night conversations with friends.

I went there for Indian Game Development Conference. The place is good for holding meetings and events. Spacious rooms for speakers. Good service by the people working there.

Hahaa, clearly the best and the posh wedding celebrations can be done...

A very calm, cozy and friendly place. I would love to visit again.

This is one hotel I would go to anytime or this comes up in my mind whenever I think of a function at home. A quite place with good facilities. Also attended multiple business meetings here. Ideal place for all occasions. Not sure many know, there is a higene department to take care of food preparation aspects from higene perspective. Overall a great experience.

Good hotel but full of mosquito in the pool area & the outside bar... Unbearable...

Centrally located property. But getting dated. Service levels are okay.

Property is good, with nice ambience. Njoyed the kashmiri cuisine served at dinner.
