Strange company, wanted to become new customers with a product from their range. So an email sent with an application, to which you answered you can not become a customer for this product, because after the first order you are not returning. How can anyone say this without knowing me. To which I told no we would like to become a customer for this product, followed by radio silence. I do not even want to do business with this company. They must be ashamed of themselves
In a previous review I read how a former customer dispenses at Coffee Fresh (formerly Westhoff machines). Wanting to sit in the front row for a dime and then wishing for the best service that you can get at a machine that does not come from the Coffee Fresh warehouse is carefully said; remarkable!. If the previous 20 years were so positive, where did it go wrong I would say? Where Coffee Fresh stands for something (ultimate service), they 'probably' have to say no to service on a machine they do not know. The valuation from previous years has apparently not been converted to the purchase of a new top machine. A pity, a missed opportunity. Coffee Fresh keep it up, stand by what you can deliver!
