Novotel & HICC Review

This asks for a detailed review. We stayed at this hotel for three nights. Starting from the breakfast, for all three mornings the menu was same. Same menu is still ok if it is tasteful. The cheese omelette lacked basic spices. Sambhar served with idli and dosa was never hot. Even the tea was cold. Serving room temperature tea is a crime, you just can't do it!!! The cupcakes were pretty dry. On the last morning, which was a Monday, they served vegetable noodles. After tasting them, I really felt they are stale. The biryani is pretty good.
Rooms are pretty decent but u have to ask for basic toiletries otherwise the room service is good.
The swimming pool is good and well maintained. U can enjoy the drinks of your choice from poolside restaurant.
This hotel is only worth if you have a conference in the adjoining convention center.

They boast of an international place and still no vegan options!

Very supportive and polite staff. Cleanliness and infrastructure are good.

Food menu is vast but Taste of the food is average. Hardly 30% of menu items meet expectations.
Also has night clubs, cafes, bakery, etc.

I was here as a part of Praxis 2018. The convention centre is huge and there is a partition between the event hall and buffet counters.
Well lit and air conditioned, it is perfect to host events with about 1,000 attendees.
It also had a bar counter.

Food was delicious & service was prompt and courteous.
Enjoyed being here.

Tithi you have been excellent with your customer service. My daughter and wife loved the way helped them out and made them feel at ease while checking in and out. Other staffs at the front desk and restaurant have been equally great. Will visit again !!

Great accommodation, fantastic food especially desserts

I stayed here for a long meeting. I arrived at night by 2.00 am of Saturday night. The lobby was so noisy due to the pub next to the front desk. I never, never, never found in other Hotels even less star than this that the noisy pub next to the front. The fridge in room was locked to be used but I found few days layer that it was later unlock. There were variety of breakfast but I disappointed the food in the restaurant next to the pool. The hotel locate in a quite isolated large area. The staff of the hotel were please to call Uber for us when we request. However, we later realized that the price were double or even triple compare to the return price. For example, we paid for 475 Rupees to Inorbit before departure the hotel ask us not to talk to the driver. We used the Google maps and found that the driver did not use the root that suppose to. We paid 175 Rupees to get back to the hotel!.After few days of staying the neighbors room made noise in the late at nights. At the first night, I kept quiet and did nothing but for the second time I couldn't sleep and couldn't bare it. It weird that the thing happened in a higrade hotel. The noise was like people were cheering soccer or cricket... But it was nearly midnight then I decided to post in this Google review.

Couple days later, I got a phone call asking whether I posted the review. I said yes. Then the staff asked me to delete or edit as it will affect them. I said I will, but after checkout.
After that I met the staff another 2 times. Only words from her that was the questions whether I already deleted the review or not.
I dissatisfied the way of approaching with the first phase claiming that my posting affected them a lot but no word of sorry for that. Forgive me, cause I expected the apology. It can be only with a small things e.g. card or fruits.

I actually love the hotel area that was large and green with the big pool but only the above matter annoyed me.

This place is great as a convention centre. But I wonder how they completely forgot to provide decent internet access. For a modern convention centre to not have high speed internet access for exhibitors is a shame. To top it they don't seem to allow any 3rd party providers either.

Excellent experience of staying in Novotel Hitec City Hyderabad for two weeks. Great amenities, excellent food, polite and professional staff, all in all definitely deserves 5 stars!!! Thanks a lot team Novotel !!!

Excellent food. The variety and the flavour was remarkable. Definitely very expensive but go there if you can. I would recommend they keep the buffet open for longer, it's mind blowing.

It s good for large gatherings! Nice location but might be bit confusing by google maps! Clean!!

Very large convention Hall and view also very good to take photos, it's having a large parking place also , the stage also very spacious

I have been here for two times, both for the corporate event. Both of times my experiences was great. Hotel staffs are good, food is great and the entire campus is awesome.

Good Ambience, clean and beautiful rooms, 24 hour pool and Gym, good buffet spread for breakfast and dinner. Nice place for family and business trips.

Very nice Hotel, everyone is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, however some parts were worn down or slightly broken (shower handles in my case)

Very good hotel with high hospitality nu everybody. The food is delicious especially from chef venky from alfresco the buffet have a very big choice of different foods. I really recommend this hotel! Futhermore the hotel contains a nice gym and swimming pool.

Excellent experience. Biggest convention center. We were nearly 1700 employes. No issues on space and accomodation. Good.

Most likely a never before experience you can get here by attending any type of gathering (conference, convention, marriage, get-together, etc).

Good food options in dinner buffet. Both continental and Indian. Good ambience as well. Less grill options.

Was here for lunch and they are taking necessary precautions and they are maintained social distance between the tables as well. The food was ok ok but the desserts were yumm.

This is located in hyderabad. Very nice convention in hyderabad. This is located in lot of area.

Food was good. More emphasis seemed to be on the presentation than the taste. Drinks are heavily over priced. Ambience of pool side dinner is really good. Unfortunately wasn't able to fully enjoy that due to rain. Their service was good.

Renowned business hotel near Hitech City with latest amenities and a complementary breakfast. What is more appealing that all the paintings and graffitied pictures are based on Indian culture.
Sumptuous food with multi cuisine variations make your lunch experience really enjoyable.
