Novotel Greenwich Review

Great stay. Very convenient next to station. 10 mins walk to Cutty Sark and other tourist spots. Photos of exec room on floor 6.

JUST complained 2 waiter: GBP. 15.50 'Angus' Burger. (Put in Microwave OR 'chef' let it go VERY DRY!) I asked 4 new burger. They rather refunded me! Excuse was "meat in UK not okay"! LMAO @novotel Greenwich Hotel @Accor Well, now I have 2 GET food myself... C'est NE PAS un Chef!
General service IS kind & helpful. But this 'chef'...NO WAY!

Nice bar in the lobby, rooms are comfortable, and with a fridge.

Great reception team, comfortable room, able to skip from the station to hotel in less than 30 paces, ace. Breakfast was good, no queues. View over Greenwich was superb. Do go to the market and have the Eritrean veg lunch.sensational. 10 minutes walk from cutty Sark, few minutes more to royal Observatory and loads of other stuff. Go now without the queues, honestly just fantastic.

Really good hotel. Huge room, quiet and good amenities. Covid measures in place so they only clean your room once every 3 days. But whenever you need anything, the brilliant staff are quick to help and very responsive. Very accomodating, lovely staff and clean and kept hotel. Totally recommended for your stay in Greenwich.

Very helpful and friendly. Gave us help with the pram. Carried belongings to our room. Generally overall a positive member of staff.
She even helped us with our luggage on our way out along with her colleague. Can't thank her enough for all of her hospitality she and the rest of her colleagues provided.

Hygiene:
Good.

Food:
Free breakfast included which is a buffet which includes full English, continental and a selection of fruits and cereals.
Dinner was included on the first night, but disappointed by the quality and standard of food. Dinner was good, just was expecting more from novotel.

Customer service:
The customer service from Novotel was very good.
Staff gave extra blankets and a heater due to the icy/snowy conditions.

Location: Great location for restaurants, museum, and park. Lots to see!

Wi-Fi connection: Excellent

we stayed 2 nights here 23 & 24 Sep 2018 because our bus tour starts and ends here so it is more convenience to stay here. Very nice room and very comfortable beds (twin bed room). Just next to Greenwich DLR Station and close to city centre. Very nice bathroom, it had shower and a separate bath tub and is next to the beds. Separate toilet just next to the room entry on your right. Quite a hassle when you want to do your business in toilet then have bath/shower as you need to go near the door then back to the bedroom but it is also quite good too as the smell from toilet is sort of quite separated from bedroom & you dont disturb other people if you go to toilet at night as the light is not going to affect the bedroom. Didnt have any meals/drinks in the hotel so no comment. If price is good (good deal), wouldnt mind to stay here again.
