Do not trust this hotel. Reservation made more than a month ago and when you arrive there simply are no vacancies. They make a sort of 'overbooking on reservations' and you only get one room if you're lucky enough to have an empty room, the reservation is no good.

Sorry, but there is no history of cost benefit. Not in the case of hotels. The hotel is old has received a renovation that leaves much to be desired internally to be polite. The beds and bedding are not very hygienic, mattresses are the same.
Disembarking for those with a car is problematic, there are not enough employees to better serve them. Floor corridors crammed with used clothing, old, battered carpet.

Very good hotel. Well located. The staff are attentive and the environment is very clean. It has an excellent breakfast. The rooms are large and airy. Just missed a mini gym to get a grade 5.

Reasonable. The value is an excellent cost benefit, the service is good, the room I stayed in was clean. What is lacking in the hotel is a bit of a whim. The structure is nice and well located. If they put a fixed person in maintenance, it resolves minor repairs in the short term.

The rooms are well structured, however I was disappointed with the towels offered, they are of the highest quality, old, stained and poid. The sheets are new but dusty. Already the coffee was inside the expected. In our room the entrance lamp was burned we requested the repair at the reception but it was not resolved nor gave us any position.

The location of the hotel is great. It has parking which is charged the part - daily 20 reais.
Overall, it is satisfactory as we only spent 2 days there but there are many structural repairs to be made. The bedding was ok but the bath linens were not so much.
It has a minibar, Wi Fi, TV and air conditioning in the room.
My point of attention is regarding the employees. A maid was listening to funk early on her cell phone as if she were not working. The receptionists were dressed inadequately, there was no standard or any care in that (I would not notice that detail but after attending various places, this becomes visible when you are greeted by someone who is dressed like you are on vacation).
I thought it lacked a certain professionalism and maturity of the employees in their attitudes.
We asked to deliver food from a restaurant in town. The reception desk cleared the doorman's entrance without wanting to tell us via phone in the room. I simply heard the delivery man knocking on the door, opening it, and it was him. These small points of attention and respect with the client need to be considered.
The breakfast is satisfactory. The butter should be individual and not leave it in a container where everyone can pick it up. I saw one of the clerks tearing the bag of bread and shaking the buns carefully to put them into the container.
