If you're not occupying that building anymore maybe you should take the sign off of it.
The technology is helping doctors and patients as well. Friendly receptionist
Enjoyable job, horrible policies, managers play politics. An attitude of the employees owe the company, not the other way around. Mediocre benefits, mediocre pay, but they make you feel like you are getting way more than you deserve, constantly. Superiors ask why should they let you do something instead of why should they not let you do something. Subtle difference, but extremely far reaching in results. Extremely high turnover rate for a company of this size and a product range as intensely complicated.
Response to "owner":
"24.5% of all employees paid above average"
That means more than 75% are paid below average. This is _not_ a figure to boast about. That's like saying, "Our executive team, plus managers, and a couple lead developers are paid EXTREMELY WELL. I don't know what you're complaining about, lowly peasant."
