Worst company... they are not allowed show inside the office..

I worked in Novalnet e-solutions pvt. Ltd. For nearly 1 and half years, here the friendly environment makes you feel very good and comfortable so that you can do your tasks stress free.

Right Place to Gain Knowledge! It's not like CTS or TCS since it's Novalnet

I wish to give zero star, but I couldn t find it here.
No pantry No canteen
No company infrastructure
No cleanliness
No proper washroom
Insecure about your job
Service letter will not be provided
politics politics politics
Taking a turn of religious company
Keep your self-respect aside before joining this company
No work from home even in this pandemic
Strict timing- actually this worse than school
Micro monitoring with every individual - If you are going washroom also thy will count the number
Namesake company
No employee respect

ADVICE TO THE MANAGEMENT:
World is moving flexibility, so please move with the world otherwise employee will move somewhere else
Stop writing fake review, treat your employees good , they will speak good about you. Don t treat employee as slaves
If you don t trust employees then why you are hiring them and wasting their carrier

This is not software development company this is one of the product based company can here only you now payment flow they are not want technical skills payment flows is enough again this is not a software development company

Started working here as a developer soon after college and still a very happy employee. You get to learn many things new every day and the work really challenges you to be best. Great place to sharpen your skills. Entire team is full of efficient, professional and passionate people. You actually enjoy working here because of the healthy work environment. As a millennial, there's plenty of things to learn from this company and you feel your opinions matter here. Seniors are amazing and support juniors whenever required and encourage you to do your best

I have been part of Novalnet for 3 years, learnt many across various platforms. This is the company to exploit the knowledge in an e-Commerce field to a greater extent.

Good trainers. I entered this company without any technical knowledge and no experience in real time job. The trainers spent much of their time in training me, apart from their regular work. They brought me up to the level what I am today. I feel very happy to be a part of Novalnet family now. This company gives opportunity to work on various platforms like PHP, PERL, JAVA etc... This company has a wonderful team to work with. I found very healthy and co-operative work culture which is heard very much less in other companies.

I joined Novalnet as tester in 2012, I learned lot of things technically and gained knowledge in various technologies. Seeing my performance, dedication and programming skill I have been transferred to Development as Software Developer and still I am working here. Currently I am handling the team. I am proud to say I am a Novalnetian. I know one thing very well and I can assure that for those who are interested and has passion to learn various technologies, this is the right place.
