In 2021 my new Chausson motorhome was fitted by the dealer with 3 Safe Door Frame Fiamma locks. After 12 months the paintwork on the locks started to deteriorate. At the NEC show in October 2022 I visited the Fiamma stand and spoke with the Technical, Warranty & Returns Manager who gave me his card and asked me to send him photographs as their had been a defective batch. Unfortunately I lost his card finding it earlier this month. True to his word, after contacting him with the photos I was sent a replacement set of 3 Safe Door Frame 3 locks by return. Great service from Mr Osadciw & Nova Leisure.
