5 Stars doesn't do this company justice! Great service and even greater people. The engineers who did work in my building were so friendly and they got the job done in no time. I highly recommend Nouveau for all your elevator needs!
Great service, and the communication was outstanding. They kept me in the loop the whole time I never had to wonder about the scheduling. They were on time the work was done timely and they left everything cleaner then when they showed up. Highly recommend.

I worked at this forsaken company for 8 grueling months. The people who run it are arrogant, narcissistic and just plain awful. The work environment is BEYOND toxic and don t treat their employees with respect. I would get calls all the time saying our elevators break down literally everyday. I wouldn t recommend getting elevators from this company. Half of the employees there are drunk or on something. Horrible ppl and and a horrible work environment. AND HALF THE PPL ON HERE, WHO RATED NOUVEAU ON GOOGLE REVIEW WORK FOR THE COMPANY. SO THESE REVIEWS ARE NOT GENUINE REVIEWS OF THEIR ELEVATORS!!!
Excellent excellent company who really takes care of their clients. I had an issue last weekend and the guys came out within hours we were back up and running. Highly recommend!
