Notting Hill Doctors Review

Amazing practice - staff is always helpful and sharp to the point. When you book your appointment it s always honoured within minutes (unless you are late - then of course you will have to wait but in most cases they will still honour it). Doctors know what they re talking about and are willing to help with any questions and details. Honestly best practice and it s a pity I had to leave it but I moved and I m no longer in the catchment area. Would recommend greatly to everyone!

Nurses are great, but the reception staff are extremely rude. I had blood tests at the clinic which were lost, not their fault, but has made me extremely anxious waiting for the results. I called back again the date they told me to. The receptionist answer and said very rudely - we don t have time to do this. We are busy answering calls you ll have to call back after. Strangely I was under the impression that my call was one that should have been answered and dealt with. Very upsetting

Dr Garner runs a v good operation and staff are really top notch . I think a lot of people who are writing reviews are totally ridiculous...this is the nhs...do they think there is a budget for decoration? Also obviously a nurse appointment is on time because it s a blood pressure check or a Smear . The doctors can never exactly manage their time because patients are human ...if you are suicidal should the Dr kick you out of the room if they are running late Because the next patient has to get back to work...lots of foreign people are not using their brains here ...nhs costs 20% of French healthcare system ...as long as you get the right diagnosis just be a bit patient....I have been registered here for 25 years and when my family needed it we got excellent help. It can bad some days in terms of waiting but the doctors told me the government basically gives them 10 minutes per patient....!

I recommend avoiding this medical centre; the place is dilapidated, it is under-resourced, and the reception staff are rude.

I was left waiting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment to see the doctor while people who knew the nurse were allowed to skip the line, so I decided to leave and find a different doctor.

If the doctor is incapable of resourcing her day, you can hardly expect her to do anything of significance well.

Excellent practice. The admin staff are helpful and the medical staff extremely competent. You don't often see the same person but this a practice for new docs to learn - if they have any doubts, there is always a senior colleague to help. Highly recommended.
