The care they showed me today was priceless. I had such a good visit from two doctors and they also find me a spot for blood analysis in less than one hour.
I don't go to the GP very often (luckily) and I am always a little concerned about NHS efficiency, but recently both at the clinic and the hospital I found professional and trained nurses/doctors.

Dr Simons is an excellent doctor ,sadly getting an appointment is sometimes proving almost impossible and some of the reception staff are totally unhelpful and could not care less .They are obviously sitting there to get their wages but certainly not to help patients .It is a great shame as it used to be very different .I will add that I have seen other doctors at this surgery and have no wish to be looked after by these people .Extremely unhelpful receptionist.
Recpation place is very handy. Waiting Area is spacious. Specially Dr are very helpful. Like Dr Simon. Dr Gordon. and nurses are helpful. Would recommend to register at the surgery
Very caring people work here. They always call back, reply to emails, and do their best to help you out.

I have been a patient here for 10 years. The level of care I have received from doctors, nurses and all support staff, is second to none. I highly recommend this practice.
Update: The previous review I had left was at an extremely emotional challenging time, and I was feeling ignored and helpless. However since then and the loss of my mum, I have found the Reception Manager to be the opposite of how I previously described her! She has shown her caring, kind and compassionate nature whenever I have contacted the practice.
I have left the previous review below to highlight how circumstances and situations can feel at the time and with a little time the ability to see clearer returns.
The reception manager is rude, unprofessional and obviously doesn't care about peoples wellbeing! On several occasions I have had the unfortunate pleasure of having to speak with her and on each occasion her attitude and professionalism leave a lot to be desired.
I understand that the role she has can be extremely challenging however she should not take her frustrations out on patients whom she has no idea of what is wrong with them.
On a positive note her recruitment process is good as the other receptionists are warm welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Been with this medical practice, a few years, have found the service excellent.
