Northwoods is Amazing and also life changing! Blessed! Blessed! Blessed! :D

Pastors encourage accountability and spiritual growth. You are encouraged to be saved by Jesus, grow closer Him and follow His ways. They don't talk badly about other churches and actually encourage you to become a part of any church that is comfortable for you if Northwoods isn't it for you, as long as it is life giving and speaks the true word of God.

Went for the Christmas program. Very popular around here and is sold out every day. Tickets are free, but you have to get them in advance. This year's performance was to me nontraditional. It was lively and all, but I'm a more traditional person. The younger generation would like it much more than most of us older generation individuals.

I lived in Peoria for almost a decade, and Northwoods was a church that I often visited. For worship, for performances, for Christian comedy, for rehearsals, community events and more. I'm thankful for what God continues to do at Northwoods.

My wife & I have attending Northwoods for over 8 years and we feel it's just getting better & better. We usually go on Saturday night, it just fits our schedule better. Last night the worship team was great, as usual & Cal's message was awesome. My wife & I feel he has always been a super speaker & pastor, but as he ages he is more humble & connects with his audience now more than ever before. As I sat there last night drinking it all in, I just prayed that everyone I know could be there to share that beautiful moment, experiencing our heavenly father's love (our heavenly daddy's love) & be blessed. They minister to my heart!

Always a great atmosphere and praise. Well planned and executed services and genuine worship. Unfortunately there for funeral services, which they are gracious hosts.

There's lots for all ages to do. For younger kids, they have activities and reflection time, where they can have fun while learning about God. Older kids can volunteer and help the others learn. The people here are so nice and really care.

Cant say enough positive things. Fantastic children's programs through all of their formative years. Amazing classes (some free and some for a reasonable fee). The money they receive goes back into the church; however, I'd like to see them put money back into the community instead of the worldwide "church planting." Perhaps they do more for the Peoria area and its citizens than I am aware but from my perspective they spend far more discretionary income on people out of this state than those in it. Regardless, their philanthropic endeavors are top notch.
