Northwick Park HART Team Review

Maternity department are fantastic! I had a very complicated pregnancy and right from the start I was looked after so well by everyone, I was admitted many times throughout my pregnancy and the care I received was perfect! Ms Salem & Ms Gupta are absolutely brilliant, I put my complete trust in them and their judgment, they took brilliant care of me and my baby. Rebecca from the blood department is so lovely and caring always came into see how I was and was always there for a chat. The staff on the Florence ward are all amazing, the receptionists are lovely and so caring,always there if You need a pick me up, all nurses/midwives & MA s are fantastic I wouldn t have got through my pregnancy as well as I did without them! DAU are fantastic, always caring and supportive. The catering and cleaning staff are brilliant! Labour ward all the staff there are so supportive and caring kept me calm talked me through everything, always very caring! NNU at Northwick are fantastic very supportive. I can t thank everyone enough, care I received from them was brilliant I will forever be grateful..... thank you

Very ruthless staff,very bad Hospital. Waiting for A&E 8 hours... very disappointed!!

Pleasee do NOT come here unless you are willing to wait at least 8hours to be seen in A&E. The staff are slow, show no care and rude when you ask them what is going on. I came in at 11pm with CHEST PAINS after being told to go to A&E by GP doctor. At 4am I ask what is going on, bearing in mind I've left my 3 month old baby who isn't drinking properly and I am met with nurses who are rude and talking to each other in their language and laughing. I could not be more disgusted. Tax payer for what?

Great hospital needs the government to help it by opening the wards back up and getting beds in there's people being treated out on the halls I was treated in my clithes as there wasn't a cubicle available and ud had a minor stroke.
