Amazing Place! Jessica is a fantastic massage therapist!

After getting a suggestion to go see these guys, I have been amazed at the time they take to prep your body to receive treatment. I was sceptical at first, are not all chiropractors the same? I found out they are not!
Starting your chiro, you walk through what is going on, and the treatments they think will work for you (custom treatment per person).
Hot towels go on to warm your body, and to loosen your muscles.
After a while, they come in and give you an adjustment! What an easy adjustment as well. I've been floored by the care and thoughtfulness they put into your experience here.

Professional, warm and courteous front staff as well as practitioners. I continue to use the services at Northwest Wellness Centre as it has changed my well being in such a positive and enriched manner. I have recommended their services to other friends and colleagues.

Hi My name is Richard and I have been on pain medication for many years. I decided to try
Cranial sacral therapy with Sandra. She is a true professional and she explained this therapy very well.
I have had only one session and I have already reduced my pain medication. Totally impressed by this therapy and looking forward to future appointments.

I ve booked 3 chiro appointment here. I only went back 2nd and 3rd time because initial assessment is in hundreds and I felt I was wasting it. Second and third time I left after waiting for an hour because I had to get back to work. It s hard to get time off for appointments. Nobody apologized or offered to rebook either time. In the future I will go to a place that values my time as much as theirs.

I have a very odd condition that is yet to be identified and the Massage Therapist that works with me is a godsend. I will never go anywhere else because they know how to work with someone and to work around something that is serious and causes extreme pain. I was Skeptical at first but honestly i will always go to them and i will always refer friends and family to them.
Without the help of my Massage therapist i wouldn't be where i am today being able to walk and do things on my own.

I have personally been treated at the Northwest Wellness Center with several different modalities. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere welcoming. I have recommended the Wellness Centre to many people in the past and continue to do so.

I had an appointment at Northwest Wellness Centre today at 12:20pm. I was told by the receptionist to be there 10 minutes in advance to fill out the appropriate paperwork as this was my first visit, I arrived at 11:55am. I was given the paperwork to fill out and payment was made before I even met the chiropractor, I then took a seat to wait. I waited an hour in the waiting room before being called back to a room to put on a gown and wait for the chiropractor..I proceeded to wait another half an hour in the room, I then put my jeans on and told a receptionist that I had been waiting for well over an hour to be seen and considering I drove an hour to get to Grande Prairie and had an hour drive back home I would not be waiting much longer, I was told the chiropractor would be right me. Another 30 minutes passed and I took the gown off, got dressed and told the receptionist I wanted a refund. Strangely enough as soon as I said the word refund the doctor was called to the front and was ready to see me! I got my money back and left. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional and I do not recommend this Wellness Centre to anyone!

Dr. Brett Hessel is a godsend. He has helped me throughout my recovery from brain surgery. His knowledge of the connection between the brain and all parts of the body is greater than anyone else I've seen in this area. I will go no where else as I continue to recover.

Lisa is absolutely fantastic!!! She is a wealth of knowledge and her passion for hair and helping people make there hair look beautiful while also maintaining its integrity shines through. She has steered me clear and onto the right path to make my hair grow back to how it was before. I was given horrible advice, and my previous hair stylist did a very poor job on my hair, not only costing me hundreds of dollars down the drain but I also lost over half of my hair from her hair care. Lisa took it upon herself to replace my extensions (at no cost) and fix me right up!!! She had no obligation to me or the other hair stylist (she didn't even know the hair stylist who previously destroyed my $700 hair extensions) Lisa tried to repair my damaged extensions but they were too far gone, she said she would rather replace them for free and I have nice hair and leave here happy! Her customer service, and care for the clients "hair being" is top knotch and I would recommend her to anyone!!! she uses the best of the best products and continues her education and gives an amazing head scrub!! haha I will continue to go back to see Lisa and I will be sending all of my friends family and network her way!! Its the little things in life that matter, and Lisa made a huge difference and made my week by her kindness. It did not and will not go unnoticed!

Also the reception staff at the front are fantastic!!! super happy and helpful! I would recommend this centre to anyone for any of their services!

Iam never going anywhere else for chiropractic! They are incredible .. i had a horrible back pain and Dr. Jennifer chiropractic is magic ! They have posively improved waiting time from an hour or so to be max of 5 min which is excellent and professional

My massage therapist was amazing however the 'office manager' is rude and argues with clients. I had my work schedule changed last minute on a Sunday and the facility is closed on Sunday's, I didn't know they had voicemail and a lot of business don't check their voicemails til the next business day; so I called in early Monday morning five times to cancel my appointment as soon as they opened, to no answer, the fifth time I finally left a voicemail saying I couldn't make it in and apologized for my cancellation. I had one previous no show which I paid for, and no other no shows. However, the office manager proceeded to call me two or three times that morning as I wasn't answering due to being at my work, and finally on my lunch break she called again, which I find very unprofessional. She then proceeded to argue with me about how many 'no shows' I had and kept insisting how wrong I was about only having one. This went on for about ten minutes; within those ten minutes she implied that because I didn't call on Sunday to cancel the appointment; the day the office was closed, as most people wouldn't call the day they were closed, she then had the guts to tell me that I should have known she checked the work voicemails on her days off. As a client, this is not my responsibility to know that she chooses to do her work on her days off, nor is it very professional to argue with a client for ten minutes while they specify they're at work. She then proceeded to call me back five minutes later and tell me that she apologized because she actually looked into the account and noticed I only no showed once which I paid for and that I didnt no show three times. She then proceeded to charge my mothers credit card to charge 40.00$ Then refund it. When my mom called about the charge the lady told my mom she had signed a contract saying they could use her credit card from a few years ago, however she then proceeded to tell my mom that they prefer to have clients who actually show up to their appointments. The office manager then proceeded to tell somebody about the situation and did not supply the correct story, to make it seem like I intentionally no showed on the Monday with zero notice and wants me to call back on a conference call to 'get on the same page'. Quite frankly there is nothing to figure out anymore in this situation, your office manager has twisted around the story so many times to numerous people that who knows what the story told was. The disrespect and arguing from the office manager is so unprofessional and rude that because of her actions my massage therapist lost a client. Not only was both me and my mother disrespected and treated unprofessionally, I would personally never treat any of my clients in this matter. I will never book again with this facility as good as my massage therapist is, I refuse to me disrespected in this matter and am very upset with the professionalism of this facility.

They are always nice there and make you feel important. Plus the massages are amazing! Great staff.

Every person I've seen at the centre has been amazing. They have so many techniques and are there to help you, not just crack your back and get you out the door. The massage therapists are 1st class and everyone is so nice. If your lucky enough to talk to the hard working office manager you'll be leaving with a smile. This is my go to place for health care

Dr. Adams-Jessel and miss Moore are great!! Im a farrier so hard on my back. After leaven there I feel great and ready to work. They have helped my a tone.

By far the best Chiropractic treatment I have ever receieved! They are about long term solutions, without constant dependence on their service. This isn t a 10 minutes in and out type of place (which is one reason I love it), so make sure you plan to be there for at least an hour. Your chiropractic treatment is a mix of massage, hot packs and adjustment. Incredibly relaxing and professional experience.

Waited an hour and a half to be seen then to have the half hour of service that was provided to be split between other patients. Would never go back and just wasted $90

I get massages here all the time, very professionally and friendly staff.

Dr Hessel is a miracle worker who has changed my life, i was in constant migraine level pain for years from scoliosis and whiplash before i found his clinic.

Do be prepared for small wait times and slightly longer sessions as he is the only practitioner that i have found who is focused on getting work done that actually needs to be completed for his clients to be relieved of their pain rather than shoving you back out the door after a set time limit.

His front desk staff are amazing and always extremely helpful.

This is a great place to go. I always feel better when I leave. Wonderful staff friendly and helpful. I feel like part of the family when I go here.

The staff are very professional and the office staff are very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. I recommend their services for everyone's well being!

I have been going to NWC for roughly a year. The wait times have gotten INSANE!!! I arrived at 4:45 for my 5:00pm appointment. I walked out at 5:45 having not been seen yet.

The care is good, but the complete disregard for their patient's time and overbooking their clients just kills it for me.

Best massage I have had in town! However, it is very hard to get an appointment. I have been calling and leaving messages for a week now. But have no complaints about the massages!

Edit: Got a call from the manger. She apologized for the bad experience with trying to book a massage. She gave me her personal line in case it happens again :)

The chiropractor here is very good at her job! After just a couple sessions, she managed to fix me up and make sure my pain wasn't getting any worse. Everytime I left, I felt better than when I walked in. The offer a lot of services at their location.

Dr. Brett Hessell is amazing at his job. He is currently helping me with my migraine headaches by doing acupuncture. He is not the "same treatment for every person" type of doctor. Everyone who works here makes you feel welcome as soon as you come in the front door. Highly recommend this office for all your health and wellness needs.

This is the only place I will ever go to for chiropractic care, accupuncture and other related services.
Dr. Brett Hessle is especially knowledgeable when it comes to nerves and what treatment is necessary for whatever is going on with you.

I recommend getting CranioSacral Therapy with Sandra. She is amazing. After I was done getting treatment. My pain and tension in my body was released. I was able to sleep better than I ever have in days. It improves anyone who has somnia, asthma , or Sinus issues. I felt completely relaxed. The atmosphere was so relaxing and welcoming. This centre has it all from a Spa which offers haircut, nails, pedicures, manicures and waxing, as well as massage therapy, and Chiropractic. They offer psychology, and family Therapy.

I absolutely adore going here!! The staff is amazing and so friendly! I will never go anywhere else for massages, acupuncture or chiropractic work!! They really helped me out when I was in pain and not only fixed the pain but have given me knowledge on how to prevent the pain from coming back so bad!!
