Had one of the worst experiences dealing with this company. They did not consult with me prior to bringing equipment and wouldn't issue the concentrator equipment that my insurance paid for because their internal "Management" wouldn't approve it. Instead they are attempting to cut corners and give very old equipment because they are making a larger margin. The customer service representative Nancy was rude and abrupt. I would encourage anyone who is dealing with medical issues and in need of help not to work with this company. You will find better service with Liberty Oxygen who truly cares about your situation and works with you and your insurance.

Very difficult company to work with, I was told to call them after I was discharged but the staff after 5pm and on the weekends don't have access to what might have been setup during the week. I went without oxygen all weekend long. Nothing was done except for them to say that is policy.

Someone shared a post of an NRS employee ranting on Facebook about people of color, in which she used the N word. It sat on the NRS Facebook page for six months before they realized it. They hired a lawyer to do "racial sensitivity" training. A lawyer. Also Managers, and nepotism/favoritism reign supreme.
