Architecturally this building leaves something to be desired, and the boring facade seems to be the inspiration for the dull work that is conducted inside this building. Avoid the confusing elevator because apparently this building is only for "employees" and they don't even sell any insurance here. Skip the headache and go with Providence.

Urgent care is really nice, doctors are amazing, friendly staff.

My husband has all his cardiac/device checks here. It is clean and all the staff are always super friendly.

To be clear, this is an office building, not a medical clinic. Regardless of why you ended up there, try Garfield's grab-n-go off the lobby. Healthy, quick food served with a smile by the owner Mac!

The customer service is horrible. I was out of state, had to go to the doctors, called kaiser to see what to do, followed their instructions completely. Came back, sent in bill for appt and pharmacy, they denied the claim saying I didn't go to emergency or urgent care (noone told me to). I had to appeal that, and won. But 12 weeks later, and 6 phone calls to the girl handling this, still no check for my pharmacy bill. I used to be impressed with Kaiser, but for the last 3/4 years they have steadily been going down hill!
