This place is a Joke. They have lasted this long by scamming low income people out of thier money an Homes. Chris will tell you what you want to hear, to get you to hand over your hard earned cash. Read your paperwork very carefully, they are true scammers.

This place must be legit if it has lasted this long? Went in here with friend in our early twenties. They sell properties based on long term leases? I am guessing most people forfeit at some point and that is why they continue? As long as they are honoring their contracts for those that do pay this seems like a fine way to help low income people live their dream of purchasing property in the country for low monthly payments. I didn't cross check BBB...but thought this place was worthy of interest.
This place is fantastic. I started buying property around 15 years ago. Dirt cheap to get a hold of some property. I highly recommend this lands company.

If zero stars was possible this would be the time. Take advantage of people and bring down property values. Everything you don't want from a "real estate" company. Save your money. You can do better.
