These folks are the BEST. Saved my life a few times . I trust them completely and am grateful they are in.my community.

I want to say I have had great experience working with the men and women of this business for my 10 patient contacts for my EMT class.

My ex fiance was in full cardiac arrest, being a para myself ,I was so grateful for their kindness. They did everything they could to help my ex fiance, but to no avail he passed away . I will always be thinking about that day
I will day all my prayers for them , every time they go out on a call

I would just like to say that Northwest EMS has always been there when I needed them. Just remember the number is 911.

Decent service on the actual ride. Just wish they would stop going after me for my debt that, as I explained, I can't pay due to my lack of an income. There is also no financial assistance available and the customer service reps were rude.
I had no choice in what ambulance was called to my school as they have a contract with northwest.
They are a sleezy company praying on the sick and disabled.

Wonderful care given by Kevin and Abby (if I got the names right) for my mom. After having a horrible experience myself with Bearcat, out of Washington, Northwest handled themselves with expertise in handling the situation and knowledgeable use of their equipment. I would recommend them to anyone who needs ambulance service. Thank you again.

I called for paramedic services upon arrival to my house i was outside waiting with my partner talking when paramedic nicole snatchko got of the paramedic and ask who they were here for i replied me at which time she asked if I had other means to get to the hospital and i replied no that's what i called you for and then she proceeded to question me my insurance and the ability to pay at which time i declined feeling very discrimated against instead her adressing the fact that i am a chemo and radiation patient having severe side effects of the chemo and radiation but to add insult to injury when i called supervisor he tried to make it seem as if all my fault by telling me that upon speaking with him that because i said i was at this point experiencing chest pain that my original complaint was chills with a fever and that now i was changing up what i originally call 911 for and do the fact that mood swing do occur then told me to watch how i was talking to him so i declined to further speak with him northwest ems suck if your african american

My car called 911 upon my accident. I was not physically able to do so. By the time I came back to reality I was being surrounded by paramedics who seamed to be working like a well oiled machine. Before I knew it I was on my way to Mercy.

Thank God for Northwest EMS!
