I have gone to Northside Eye Care for many years now. This last check up I went in and they were trying to squeeze money out of me I could not believe it. They charged me $50 to TRY out a pair of contacts then almost tricked me into paying $25 to have my retina fully examined with a new machine of theirs. Also, they told me they would call and check up with me several times and they did not once. Very unresponsive clerical staff - they will not answer your calls.

Very great Christian staff that care about patients like family.

Good service and thorough in their inquiry's. I've been going here for 3 or 4 years and each time was a very relaxed welcoming experience.

Professional good quality treatment regarding care for vision: On the scale from 1 to 10 the experience with my doctor at Northside Eyecare was an epiphany

My 15 yr old daughter and I both go here, but see different eye doctors. I've gone for years and she just started after needing glasses. We've never had a bad experience and staff has been very friendly. Even received a free trial pair of daily contacts once. I've only been asked to read eye charts. Will continue going.

Very professional and caring atmosphere. Everyone was so sweet. Dr. Irvin was amazing and explained everything in detail. The technician who helped me was the sweetest! Highly recommend!

I went there for a couple of years, ending this week. However, no one ever made me read from the King James Bible or any Bible, although I wouldn't mind if they did and I am a glaucoma suspect so I have had tons of tests and machines every time I go so I don't know what Gabby is talking about. However, I will agree with the not so friendly staff stuff.

Friendly staff. Easy to get appointment. Very professional.
