Mike was so great in helping me get my used car! He was very upfront about the process, as well as very informative regarding how Boulder Nissan has a no-haggle pricing system. This made my car buying experience easy! He failed to tell us that the warranty they offer is split 50/50 between the driver and the dealership until I was signing the paper work. Other than that, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Boulder Nissan to a friend!
Jared, Joey and crew took care of me and helped me find my perfect truck, a 2015 Xterra PRO-4X! Would highly recommend. This place was way better than any of the other dealerships I went into. They are helpful and friendly without that pressure/stuffy vibe you will find at other dealerships. I'd say its a good place to buy a car!
When I first bought my Nissan Leaf in 2017, I had a terrible experience with the car-salesman, but I let it go because I knew I would never have to see him again. Unfortunately, I bought an add-on warranty at the time of purchase for dings and dents through the third-party company Century Automotive Service Corporation. Someone opened their car door into mine and left a dent right where you would expect that to happen. As you can imagine, it can't possibly be very deep. However, Century Automotive Service Corporation refuses to honor the warranty and repair the dent. I trusted Nissan Boulder to have partnerships with honorable companies. Yet, a quick google review of Century Automotive Service Corporation shows how poorly rated they are. This experience alone has made me want to never buy a Nissan again. Trust me: Do NOT buy an add-on warranty!
Edit: Why would I want a reference to an auto-body shop for less than a 3 inch dent when I bought a warranty through Boulder Nissan for just such dents? Yea, no thank you. But your offer made me decide to share a picture of the dent so others can see how ridiculous it is. Thank you.
