That is a place that doesn't believe in learning styles and treat children if they are going to the army. Their teaching style is completely old fashioned, they haven't updated their curriculum since the seventies. It doesn't surprise me they don't have cameras, because If the child doesn't eat within 15 minutes, she'll be hungry for the rest of the day. Teachers and employees make jokes about your child in front of her and behind your back. They say horrible things about parents. Principal and teachers lie using God's name. I am so hurt I made my child face this horrible situation, I wish no other child would have to suffer humiliations my child had to face, completely unnecessary. Any church daycare do a much way better job than this school. If I have read something like this review when I first came to this school I wouldn't believe, because it looks so clean and the principal act so loving and professional, that I needed a couple of months to figure out what is going on in this school. Just awful.

We have had 3 children enrolled at Northside Christian Academy and Northside Academy for Early Learning. The academics are rigorous, the extracurricular programs are well-run, and most of all, the teachers have, without exception, displayed a loving, and Christ-like attitude when dealing with my children. No school is perfect, but NCA has done a great job of equipping my children academically for success as they continue their development.

I attended Northside starting in 2nd grade and all of my favorite memories that I remember are at Northside from plays, music, cheerleading and more. They prepare you for college for sure and the Christian Aspect of it is amazing. The teachers were amazing when I went their even though the teachers have changed since I left but they are amazing too. There are still a few teachers their that I had. Some of the best teachers that Northside had: Mrs Trautman, Mrs. Lakey, Mrs Renstrom, Mrs Williams, Mrs Moore, Mrs Hicks (trula), Mrs McVey and Mr McVey, Mrs. Harrell, Mr. Nelson, Mr Riddell and Mr. Fajardo. Northside has had some flaws but all schools do but I am proud to say I am a Alumni from Northside Christian Academy. I am now an employee at the daycare teaching PreK and love every minute of it. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a school with Christian values for their children.

I ve gone to this school my whole life and it is great. Excellent social life great people, but the work is overwhelming I had a book report that just got finished, and be I have another one, a four paper character report, a two page definition paper, and a ton of tests and quizes just time consuming, but other than that great school.

One of the best decisions we made was to enroll our daughter at Northside Christian Academy following her freshman year at a CMS high school. The attentive staff, smaller classrooms and Christian based learning environment has allowed her to flourish academically and spiritually. She is more than prepared for college next year.

They did a very poor job of taking care of my 3 month old. After only 3 days in the care of NS AEL, my baby developed a severe diaper rash and had a runny nose. My child pooped several times a day and it was evident they were not checking or changing the baby often. They stated by law, they are required to check them every 2 hours. REALLY?? Do they not understand infants need around the clock care which includes checking their diapers often and sooner than every 2 hours. Shame on them. They have 1 teacher to 5 or 6 infants and there is no way 1 person can hold and care for those babies the way they should be cared for. The tuition required is way higher than the actual care received. Needless to say at day 3.5, my baby was removed from their care and is doing EXTREMELY well. I would NEVER recommend this day care to any parent!!

Coming to this school was the best decision we could have made. Our children attend the HS and have been positively challenged academically and spiritually. They are more involved, confident and better prepared for college since attending NCA. The administration, teachers and coaching staff are wonderful to work with. They do an excellent job communicating to the parents and students.
