Dr Simpson is PHENOMENAL! The young ladies at the front desk were more than helpful and so polite. I walked in not knowing how things were going to play out, but I definitely found a new Drs office and I m happy about that!!
I'm having a bronchial issue that started off as a head cold. Didn't want to go to the er. I don't see anyone accept the lady at the front desk (Who was very nice) I instead wait in my truck and fill out online questionnaire which seemed like a lot of none of their business., not to mention asinine questions. Only to have a nurse tell me a dr would telecom me. A 1/2 hour later a phone call from a np only to call in a prescription that five hours later she never sent. All every one asked was did you get a covid test. No I don't have any symptoms. Well you shod.last time when this happened 15 year's ago I had X-ray and breathing treatments a inhaler and also some dr listened to me breath
Went to the Lake Station facility, after they closed the Portage location, because the attending physician couldn't make it. Walk into the building, the receptionist is giving medical advice to a phone patient, who broke his collar bone and wanted to be seen. Then, went into a room and was greeted by a nurse, who couldn't get the cuff on my arm, for blood pressure. I thought that was " nursing 101"? Then, the attending physician comes in, or I hope it was, she never introduced herself. Started barking about my medical records, in the fact, that I didnt have them, on my person. Forget the fact, I visited this medical group on several occasions. They have access to my records....didnt know I have to carry paper files! The best part is, I could hear her mouthing off to somebody else, in the hallway about me. I always thought, there was doctor/patient confidentiality? Not at this place. For all I know, she could have been talking to the janitor! Never going back to the Lake Station facility!
Was there yesterday for an appointment everything was fast & quick, staff was amazing attentive & very informative. Please disregard other peoples negative reviews none are true. Have another appointment soon 10/10 Health Center.
I saw Dr Audrey Dawson for vision in Portage. She is absolutely amazing and very personable. I have vision issues that I felt she went above and beyond making sure everything was still going good inside my eyes. She shows a great sense of concern. She is very easy to speak to and I felt very at ease. We are definitely both on the same page regarding my eye care. I will definitely be back and keep her as my vision expert.
DENTAL: This location is excellent. They are no nonsense about their work, but truly thoughtful indviduals in the dental office. Thank you, Dr. Wargo!
They are alright with treating me for my psychical well being. Never had a problem getting my medicine from the pharmacy as well.
I had a very lovely experience here! I normally see my PCP however they were completely booked out for a week and I needed a physical done before then. I called here and they were super nice and got me in super quick! They were absolutely wonderful!
We started seeing Dr. K in pediatrics and she is AMAZING! She was so good with my 7 month old, no wait time, and she explained everything extremely well (explained exactly why he s pulling on his ear and why doing so helps him!) Definitely will be sticking to this practice! Highly recommend
Came to see Dr Audrey Dawson for an eye infection. She did her work and I was in and out no problem. Feel 100% better! Great work and friendly employees 10/10
