Worst customer service ever! The sales manager Araz was being very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. When we said we need more time to think about it, he sarcastically said "I do not buy time, I only buy a watch" what kind of manager says such a thing. He was very upset when we told him we are not buying an RDX today. So I asked him if I could take the estimate price paper with me and he told us we can't. I have been to so many dealerships but had never seen anything like this before. Please go to this dealership if you want the worst customer service

Hands down the greatest dealership in all of BC! They never disapoint. Orginally went for a 2022 MDX Aspec and left with the MDX & a brand new TLX. Araz & Carol at North Shore Acura are easily the most down to earth poeple with their service. Araz is the best sales manager ever with his dealing. He doesnt treat you like a customer but treats you like his own family. Theres never any in and outs, hidden fees or any type of hidden information behind your back. Alway upfront and always honest unlike other dealerships. Carol on the other hand is a walking personal assisant it feels like. I honestly felt like i had a personal assistant that is always one step ahead taking care of any problems that can even occur. She is always thinking ahead and assures to never give you a hard time at all. I have been dealing with North Shore acura for about 4 years now and never had a problem. I highly recommend visitng North Shore Acura for any vehicle needs and to contact the one and only Araz and carol. I promise you they will take care of you like family and not customers! I brought my vehicle in today. Great experience. Gord in Service was really friendly and had all the right answers for me. Everything was on time like they promised. Car came out looking sharp and clean and running smooth. This kind of top notch customer service is tough to find in any type of business around town but Gord and the rest of the service team are doing it right over there. Well Done!
