This company MAY be good for clients but it does not treat employees fairly. If you are not apart of management (a teacher, teacher aide, family educator, or work in a shelter), you will get looked down on from those above. Pay is not great and you will be treated like a runt. There is also no room for growth. Stay on the outside.
