Good casino machines were up to date and enjoyed they have a smoking/non smoking area

I do love visiting here and having fun but i do have a suggestion. I do love playing grizzly Fury however i have asthma and its in the smoking area that i notice it starts to hurt my lungs i just wish i can find Grizzly Fury in the non smoking area where i don't have to deal with any chest pains. Thank you

Always clean, service has always been nice and the workers seem to be having a good time.

Stopped in for a couple drinks and some slots. The service was quick and the casino floor was clean.

Plenty of casino slot machines. Very busy on the weekends if you smoke you'll find it to be a fun time but if you don't, don't bother coming on the weekends. They don't have all the latest and greatest slot machines but there are plenty to play. The more popular slots machines are limited than the boring ones. The bars can be 10minute wait on the weekends. The buffet (6x gone so far) it has okay taste, but not grand it's sorta disorganized all the time with wrong labeling, suaces for dishes not present aka potsticker dipping sauce, and some waitresses are barely present when you get to your table. One waitress took 15 minutes to greet and ask for our kind of drink when there were only 10 tables sat in the whole buffet. If you arer military the buffet is more enjoyable for you. Some of the slot games will not pay out I played 200 dollars on the money ball slot and it never hit once same goes for the Heidi Bier Haus games shame because those are the better games to play. I have not experienced the hotel, RV park, or dinner theatre. The gift shops are of course the over priced knick knacks.

Slot machines could be a bit looser but all in all I think it is a good place to have some fun

Kids quest was amazing my son loved it.
And also the dinner and a movie was genius , wife and i enjoyed the great food and movie.

Its changed so much over the years. Very nice dinner and a movie. Stuff for kids stuff other them gambling as well.

Its a wonderful place for business or fun. The food is great and the food is amazing and not to me tion the amazing entertainment that they have. Try checking out the nothern question casino, for some fun ,drink,food and games!

Not as dark and dingy as it used to be. Still need to bring your wallet

For how big it looks outside, it's actually quite small inside. It was super smokey and the slot options were kind if limited. We did win about 250 dollars though, so it wasn't all bad.

Dinner at the buffet with friends. Need a better salad bar (pretty puny). Also prime rib tasty but pretty tough after extolling it's virtues to our friends. Soup pot out. Buffet could be better to match your usual excellence.

The spa was amazing! They have a soaking tub, sauna, and an experiential shower, among other amenities. I would highly recommend spending some time here.

There is a great buffet here. People are much more friendly than in the casinos in Arizona

Great food at the Epic. Prices could be a dollar or two less. The smoking in the Casino has got to go....

I prefer the Coeur D'Alene Casino personally. Disappointed in the food and the gambling was very tight.

Valet was fast, drink service was fast. To Smokey inside for me. I spent most my time in the mom smokers area.it's small though.

Rooms are great, buffet is about the best around but I think the rooms are a bit too expensive.

Unbelievable! We loved every minute of it! Totally a g treat time.

What drives me nuts is the floor service. Horrible. No one ever comes around to see if you need a beverage, and I tip, always!!! Twice one evening I asked for a diet Pepsi and it never came..come on people, learn how to hustle them tips. Lol

Attractive venue with nice modern style rooms. Awesome shower! Casino is fun and not too busy during the week. Decent food and lots of bar options.

Most of the time you should just open the door and throw my money on the ground and then leave. But then sometimes I luck out.

1st time there. Went to see Margaret Cho! Loved her! Casino really nice! I'll have to go again and try the gambling next

Slots were decent. Good selection. Staff was friendly. Only downside was bathroom was dirty.

Feel like you don't win that much. Don't see new games that much.

Would be nice if there were more rewards. Gaming is decent. But would be better with more perks.

Addicted to losing, tight machines is what I've experienced, but I do see other win decent amounts....

I was here for the Alaskan king crab buffet. It was really good. Too full.

A lovely not to mention lively place located just outside of the Spokane city limits in the town of Airway Heights. There is lots to do and everything is well stocked. The hotel is far enough away from the casino that there is no noise pollution from the gaming floor. It's quiet and peaceful upstairs, yet there is pleanty of life downstairs. The Club has a dance floor & it was rockin' on a Saturday night. The food was delicious, the cocktails were a little weak and the slot machines a bit tight, but everything thing else was clean and plentiful.

I am a 44 year old college student trying to support myself as a part time cashier. I also do yard work for some for a little extra money. The only thing i get to do for a little fun is go out to eat and go to the casino. Even though there is a time or two that i might spend a little to much. I have alot of fun playing the slot machine. Every time mt girlfriend and i go. We have alot of fun. The staff is always very friendly and always ready to help.

Going to spend the night this month will let you know how things went .

The worst casino I've ever been to. Terrible payouts and outdated games.

The crab is good but don't bring your kids the arcade sucks!

My family and I love going to the casino to enjoy the brunch buffet on the weekends. There is something for everyone, including young kids and toddlers.

Went to the buffet for breakfast. It was clean and easy to navigate. The food was decent for a buffet.

The food and service was great and I ate all I could at the all you can eat buffet.

As far i have noticed, A+ i give for Northern quest. enough employee every where to assist the citizen for any thing . some of the food area increasing the prices of the food time to time . hmmm

I had a great time playing slots and grabbing a beer with a friend while waiting to leave Spokane after the Slayer show. I recommend this as a great place to enjoy your time waiting for a red eye flight if you don't want to spring for a hotel room. All the staff were friendly, polite, and helpful. The bathrooms seemed to be clean and sanitary as the floors were not sticky and there were no discernable odors.

Aloa at the cashiers desk was very friendly and had a smile on her face when I approached the cashiers desk. The bathrooms were clean as a whistle. The enviornment was casual and they were playing a good variety of contemporary music that would appeal to a vast audience .

Nice rooms and meeting space. Slot machines are pretty tight. Decent bars and nightlife. A short car ride from downtown spokane.

Something for everyone, even if you don't gamble. Food, spa, music, cigars, beautiful hotel rooms. I love their walk-in-shower!!!

It's ok. It's only one place of this kind in the area so everybody goes in there. I wish night club was a bit better.

Had drinks at Riverbank Taphouse, great beer selection and service was good despite being busy.

Perfect outdoor concert venue. I've seen two concerts her this summer and the acoustics and seating are on point. Can't wait to see my next concert here!

A big Gambling Building that has games that take ur Money!
Great rooms, really nice conference rooms, some ok, food vendors. The all u can eat is really spendy compared to Golden Corral Buffet.
Kinda weird cause you can't drink alcohol while losing ur money. Must stay in the designated area? Kinda of like Tieing ur hands behind ur back compared to Vegas!!

Wonderful facility! Friendly staff, excellent food and atmosphere. Would suggest anyone do their events there.

This is a casino that chooses to pay million dollar fines for having a payout percentage lower than what they have agreed to have as a minimum. It's not even close. Supposed to least 75% but it's more like 30%. I'm a top
Teir member which gets your nothing but some free gas station food if you spend enough money. And you have to get a million points in 1 year. And when you finally get to that teir, you no longer win. If you don't believe they have total remote control of every machine and can change everything about it whenever they want then wake up. This isn't gambling this is being cheated and stolen from. Good luck!

The food options aren't the most varied, but delicious, and there aren't enough roulette tables otherwise the rooms are nice, staff is good and overall it's decent.

Love the sports bar Epic. Great food and service. Prices are reasonable as well. The enormous projection screen is well... Epic!

I like the expansion along with some of the new slot machines you've gotten in. Looking forward to the Grand Opening of the new area's, foods, and can't wait for the new summer outdoor concert arena area. Looking forward to your facebook special invites, maybe a post for patrons special play rewards to bring patrons back. Not happy with the new Spokane Tribe Casino, machines too expensive and no incentive's to bring in the people. Northern Quest Casino is the place to be! I'll be there Thursday and Friday @ Northern Quest!

The rooms are absolutely gorgeous the staff is very generous and helpful and the casinos beautiful

Got my first pedicure was so relaxing and the staff were all so friendly and amazing

Not impressed with the staff or the directions to get into the casino. Was directed into the back side of the casino had to Park in parking lot and walk across main road into the casino. No valet parking, or shuttle bus. And disabled not friendly towards the disabled at all. Will not go back.

I loved this casino and everything that it offers for entertainment and rewards that are pretty awesome to earn with my quest club card.... The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because no one was practicing social distancing so I decided to cut my stay short

We only went to the kids area since we had to. Kill time before our flight home. It was a lot of fun. Expensive but fun.

It is a super nice casino. Will definitely be back. Everything is stayed of the art!

The shuttle drivers and valet provided great customer service.
