Nice place, slot odds are terrible and drinks are outrageously over priced.

Gorgeous hotel rooms with luxurious spacious showers in the rooms that have three shower heads lined vertically to spray you head to toe.

Gambling experience is always entertaining the lights and noises stimulating. Enormous areas with card tables, slots and various other betting activities.

Only gave 4 stars because when I accidentally sat at the wrong card table I was shown no mercy even though I was new to it all needing to be taught. They told me I could not retract my bet even though nothing had started and I ended up losing $16 at Spanish 21 when I thought i was only risking $10 at blackjack.

Alot nicer than I thought, for a casino it is well laid out. Payouts on slots were fairly good, as long as you go on an off peak day, like Monday thru Thursday before 2 pm. Huge parking area for RVs , 18 wheelers, etc

Food was good, had a blast and the staff we encountered were friendly. It's our 2nd year going here for New Years eve and plan on making it a tradition. Had a great time!

Been here multiple times, always a 10/10 stay. This time we went to legends of fire (cigar bar). For being a cigar bar I expected it to be fairly smoky. Turns out NQRC has one of the best ventilation systems I have seen, as it wasn't smoky at all. Staff is always insanely friendly and truly make the customer experience a priority.

Had dinner at Epic Sportsbar. Good service, good food.

Love going to this resort either for spa, converts, or movies or restaurants! Amazing customer service and food is incredible every time!

Alot of food and machines to choose from. The rooms are comfy!

No payouts! What a joke! Can't even get a drink because service is scarce! Waste of time and money!

1st when i asked a server about a beverage and change. no help. just said wait here, server walked away and never came back.. i received more help from a staff member. and it wasn't even her area.

We visited Northern Quest last night to celebrate my birthday. It was a great night in the casino! There are a wide variety of slot machines ensuring everyone in the group could play no matter how large or small their budget was. The staff was polite and attentive, the casino floor was clean and welcoming and the self-serve ticket redemption makes it easy to cash out when leaving.

Fun and friendly casino. Many options for food, gaming, and entertainment plus a great spa! Employees are very nice.

Tons of games to play and good restaurant. They can be very rude, this has happened more than once. That is way they only get 2 stars.

Always a decent crowd, especially as the night progresses. I'll give it 5 stars when I hit that Camero...

Great casino and surprisingly has several food options. Upscale restaurants and bars, Fatburget, Ben and Jerry's, shops, etc. Definitely recommend!

Successfully donated money to a non winning penny slot, had a great time

Non-smoker nightmare. Gross gross and gross. The "new" ventilation system is a joke. they don't care about non-smokers anyways, you know that by the size of the non smoking area. Ultra tiny in comparison to the rest of the place. Nuff said to me. They don't want my business. I guess if your a smoker and don't mind walking around in a giant ashtray. ... this place is a Hard pass for me though.

I went for that all you can eat buffet and it was pretty good, I have no complaints!

The resort is still growing, but it's very nice! The food was great. Great selection also. Very good drinks at the bars!! Prompt floor service even!

Love this casino! It has everything you want & expect. We saw a well known comedian there & the outdoor concert arena is awesome, easy to navigate, fast food/drinks.

Enjoyed the show. Enjoyed dinner. Did not enjoy the amount of smoke that in the casino.

I like the casino however I just wish that the machine it out a little bit better seems like big wins aren't the common thing but all in all great place

We stopped at the Northern Quest for dinner as we waited to pick up family arriving at the airport. It is a nice place for a stop for dinner on more. We found out they're opening up an RV park next spring and we will try it out and stay a weekend!

Amazing staff, helpful, kind and very polite and respectfully engaging. I have attended many shows and concerts at this location. And I'm always impressed with how the staff handles and conducts themselves with the patrons of this establishment. Clean and well maintained.

Lots of choices for slit machines and table games, drinks servers never asked me for a drink. Valet was refreshingly quick. Lots of security I felt safe.

We have parked our RV for overnight stays in the Northern Quest parking lot several times. There is no charge. We enjoy the buffet (20% discount for military). In 2018 there is major construction going on, with expansion to the resort and a new RV park soon. Big rig parking is now limited to a gravel lot on the north side of the parking garage. This is a real do-it-yourself affair. There are no marked spaces. Pickup campers, horse trailers, RVs of all sizes and 18 wheelers all park wherever they can fit in. It gets mighty crowded on a Saturday night!

Very nice casino, several dining options. We always enjoy our time there.

Today I went to enjoy a little quiet time. I was approached by two employees and asked if they could "check my bag?" It's a purse! And I've never had that happen to me here in 5 years!!!

Payouts are very week. A lot of the slots are rigged. You play these slots in other casinos and win more. Example- jaded monkey. The middle pay line is disabled. Bonus rounds barely pay. Lucky to bank 10 bucks. This machine in other places you bank no less than 20. A lot of the other slots are the same way. Very few bonuses ever come up. Just like there extra bonus tickets. Another joke. Gaming commission needs to pull a few surprise inspections.

Outdoor concert was awesome. Seating is good. 9 dollar beers well it's a concert....

It's a good casino. Nice atmosphere. Well maintained and clean.

The no smoking area needs to have positive pressure so that the pollution doesn't mess up the air as much. Several good choices for food.

I'm not a gambler, so I can't say much for the casino. The hotel, however, is excellent. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and an awesome shower (as anyone that has stayed here will tell you). My chief "complaint" would be the absence of a complimentary breakfast, but that is ultimately trivial compared to everything available. The pool room is beautiful, the pool itself large if not very deep, and the hot tub is, well, hot. Of all the food venues, the only two I can speak on are the Marketplace (excellent croissants) and River's Edge Buffet (great food and amazing desserts). Best of all, it is less than a mile from shopping in the event you forgot a necessity. Don't take my word for it, though. The Forbes Four Star/Four Diamond rating should speak for itself.

It's a casino so... opportunities for profit or loss. We were only there a short while and my friend came out 300 ahead so good time

I lost my bankroll pretty quick or they'd get a better review. My bad, I guess- Sorry. If the house always wins, maybe the houseless shouldn't gamble...

I usually don't get Lucky at this casino and go home losing most of my money.

Quest is definitely one of the better casinos in this areas. The machines do pretty good and the service is great.

Lost my 5 bucks in the first 6 minutes but was able to buy drugs there

Hotel staff very nice. Card dealers are snarky and short with the players.

Fun atmosphere, non-smoking area, casinos, restaurants, concerts, hotel and complimentary beverages. Staff is super friendly. Very impressive setup.

Update: Went to their first concert using their new outdoor venue... Little Big Town. My husband helped erect the seating and I think he did a fine job...lol. The view was excellent and they have big screens on either side of the stage and one behind for easy viewing and videos. The person who runs these did an excellent job. You can get beer just about anywhere and there are two huge concession stands for sodas, beer, cocktails, snacks and food. The drinks are pretty spendy, but the food is reasonably priced. It is the best set-up I've ever seen at a casino. I was really impressed.

Room was really nice and the bed was super comfortable. The workers were extremely nice. I would go back any day.

We had a great time, very lively and the staff was helpful.

We attended an outdoor show, Willie Nelson, and it was great. Small enough to see everything but big enough to not be over crowded. The chairs were hard and not very comfortable, but it was worth it overall.

Your typical casino.. Very smokey even for a smoker. When you leave you smell like a cigarette butt. From what i understand, NQC pays money in fines for not meeting the payout ratios required because overall it costs less to pay the fines rather than to let their patrons walk out with winnings. Personally, I seem to have better odds at CDA casino, but it is quite a bit further to travel. However, it is a nice drive if you don't mind spending the gas money.

A crude mockery of Las Vegas. The cigar bar is okay and both Qdoba and Ben & Jerry's are great.

Nice atmosphere. In my opinion I think its hands down the best casino I've been to in Washington. And I've just about been to everyone of them.

Some nights I hit nothing, occasionally I can't loose. If ur night is bad halfway thru, I recommend just leaving. Speak from experience! And this rating was from a good night. Nice casino tho, the showers in the room are way cool and fit like 3 or 4 people ;)

Remodeling and very slim on bonuses and when you get a bonus its very small.....

Lots of slot machines to choose from and a very friendly staff. Great food and a beautiful hotel! I can't wait for the new expansion since it will have a place for my child to play while the adults can enjoy the other amenities the resort has to offer without finding a babysitter.

100% dissatisfied... came out for our anniversary for two nights. Second day water was shut off to our room. No heads up. Try to stream a movie would not stream called down to front desk told us to try a different movie and first one would not be charged. Watch second movie no problems went to check out and they charged us for two movies manager was unwilling to remove first movie that never screamed. Just remove the first movie charge like stated and you're welcome to delete this negative review......

The customer service in the spa was poor and some employees in the gaming area were rude. The slots didn't seem to pay much of anything. The building and rooms were very nice really like the interior design.

It's a great place, I'm not much of a gambler. But a lot ofy friends like to. I spend most of my time in my car in the parking lot. I usually loss my few dallies so fast. And I don't want to just sit and watch my friends. Especially when there not winning.

Was there for a work event. Staff was very polite and friendly. Didn't really go past where the event was but it looked to be a nice, clean, fun place.

All the staff were helpful and hospitable. The room was very clean and the respond promptly to all request. Not all restaurants are open due to covid but still a there were a lot of options. Only disappointing thing is that a lot of people were not wearing masks but all staff were.

We went to the movie and dinner thing. It wad pretty cool. Food was not great though. Over all- would do again. Major time saver. Super comfy chairs.

Covid or not, the dealers on every game table were RUDE!!!

"This table is closed" is not a way to make your customers feel welcomed.

It was fun. We went to the buffet in the very back. They gave us military discount which was great. We had a couple shots at the bar near the front, we requested an open tab since we were gonna be playing a while. They have a kids area where you can pay to drop them off til about midnight or so. It's basically a huge arcade w food and snacks. We will definitely be back.

It was great I went out there five minutes later I like 780 bucks start out with 20

I can say that at least you do win some of your money back at this casino, where others you don't win anything!
