Northern Quest Casino Review

They lie about there check in time 2pm then 3pm then guaranteed 4pm now it s a possibility at 5 pm. Never again will I grace there doors I have to leave a one star or I would not even do that

Certainly not Vagus but It's moving up in the world. Should be able to give it a 4 after they finish construction.

Event parking egress sucks. Waited an hour to leave the parking lot and left before the event was supposed to end. Wish the staff was half as bright the hi vis vests.

We had a regional manager's meeting at the casino and they provided excellent service. The meeting rooms are wonderful, food is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. It's an excellent choice for meetings and personal stays as well.

They have very nice motel with a very good staff. Top notch R.V camping area. Many other fun stuff to do with out gambling for young and old

Great casino with a ton of slot machines, centrally located bar. Lots of food vendors, lots of different style of bars. Overall great experience!

It's gotten too greedy. Their customer relations suck. They forgot the little people. It's all about getting every last dollar they can. They don't give back the way they did starting out. But that's what happens when you forget your humble beginnings

When you expand it's hard to think of everything.....more seats in the concert venue was needed,welcomed,and done right.
When I saw how many portapotty's there were I knew we were doomed. I would say HUNDREDS of people missed the headliner opening because they were in poorly marked confusion lines hundreds deep wainting to go.
The staff were all great from start to finish.The casino will make bank on the expansion but for God's sake PLEASE take care of the people drinking 7dollar beers (yes I didn't have another in fear of having to stand in those lines)

Went for a concert, which was wonderful. Had dinner at Epic, which was not so wonderful. The service was slow, and the cod burrito had very little cod in it, it was 95% rice. Very disappointing.

Always a fun place to go see a concert. The indoor venue is okay, not the best sound or set up. Hard to see if anyone is in front of you.

Construction has gotten better. You can get in and out for parking. Pleasant surroundings. Nice place to stop and enjoy an event.

An attractive casino-hotel complex with convenient parking. The restaurants inside are comfortable and the food is decent but not outstanding.

It is a very crowded place but unfortunately, due to a lack of competition, the slot machines are extremely tight and when there should be a jackpot going off every 15 minutes or so you will almost never hear a jackpot going off. This indicates that their payout schedule is biased --heavily biased -- in favor of the casino.

The craps, blackjack, and roulette tables are excellent, however, the floor service for serving drinks to customers is poor, so it is better to just acquire a free drink for yourself.

The constant background music supplied over the loudspeaker system really should be stopped since it is quite annoying. In addition, the regular casino announcements are very loud and highly distracting due to their frequency. Any good manager worth their salt should understand this and correct the situation.

The hotel rooms, the regular entertainment provided, and the poker are adequate but not outstanding for a casino-hotel complex the size of Northern Quest.

Wonderful place! Great atmosphere and so much diversity.

The buffet is the best in town. My wife loves the many slot machines. You might even get lucky. My nephew says the chances of winning are better than Las Vegas.

Don't eat at the buffet. The food was more expensive than most other buffets in the area and it was gross. Went in on a Monday and the options were minimal, the desserts were pre frozen and freezer burnt, everything was over salted. They attempted Chinese food, but the chow mein was abnormally spicy and the almond chicken had WAY too much soy sauce like you were eating soy sauce. The salmon had some gross sauce on it that tasted like vomit. I couldn't find anything that i wanted to eat twice. They had no chocolate milk supposedly, but if you get regular milk, you can go over to the dessert area and there is chocolate syrup, so when they tell you there's no chocolate milk, what that means is, they won't make it for you. I seriously wouldn't eat there again even if it was free!

Great casino. Clean. Awesome amenities with a great buffet and various restaurants. Awesome venue for concerts and other events.

I think it was great I love the new games I was there a little bit cheaper though but I really do have fun when I'm there people are friendly

I had a good time, they have a lot of good slots to play and many other things to do in there facility. A large variety of places and types of food to indulge in.

I am a Massage Therapist in the Spa. It is the best spa I have ever seen, which makes me very proud to work there!

No-no.... Great entertainment. Cheap if you do it right. Great staff. The whole place is full of wonderful staff members.

Kids quest is well set up with lots of fun for kids. Conveniently next to Ben and Jerry's, yum

Everytime I have go I get real sick from the smoke. They must not have a ventilation system. I gamble a lot in the Seattle casinos and never get sick. Hopefully someday the casinos we'll go non smoking. If not love to see them all get sued for causing cancer.

This casino is big and has a lot of newer machines. It is a fun environment and busy all the time... They have several places to eat. The only negative thing i have to say is that the machines are usually kinda dirty, on the buttons. When I've seen them clean machines, they barely were touching them.

Supposed to be the Best fireworks in the area what a joke.worst firework show I've ever seen waste of time I can't get back.we thought maybe we were at the wrong casino lol we should have went to Spokane Tribe Casino and seen better show by the airway heights community

Come here if you wish to donate your money and catch cancer. Even the non smoking section reeks of old lady's 2nd hand smoke.

Nice place, drinks are expencive and its mostly the elderly here until 8pm or later. But everyone is polite and helpful.

My wife and I went to movie & dinner It was an excellent experience.

I have been to this casino many times and I lose way way way more that I win. It always seems to be very crowded and everything is just too fancy to be a place where they can afford to pay very many. Winters

Pretty great place, I typically have no complaints. Good prices, loads of entertainment, awesome foods, and heard the hotel Here is to die for. All the employees I've met here are always so nice and ready to assist the best they can.

Tables suck because of covid !9 now it's like a slott mechiene only so many people that wanted table Ivory other table was not to be played on and so on and so on. Let alone the service there wasn't really hardly anybody there and to get a drink well they were cleaning it too much to even grab a cup if there were any cups there beings when I got there there was not... we ended up leaving

Update: it was a one time occurrence to have a bad experience. The spa manager apologized and offered a complementary beverage. I moved it back to a 4 star because it is still more expensive than it used to be.
Sadly, I used to go up for the spa and this time the massage didn't come with a drink or snacks or even a bottle of water and the price was almost 50% more. I was not impressed. This used to be my getaway and now it won't be with less for more

Super clean, nice facilities. The staff was all very positive and provided great customer service. The King Suite room was amazing, showers were the best!

The machines are tighter then they have ever been. The service is terrible. I guess when companies get greedy their money is the only thing that matters. I think the new casino in airway heights is going to be a godsend for casino goers. Way nicer employees all the way around and better service!

The whole experience was fantastic. Hotel is in excellent shape, we thought it was much newer than it was. Very friendly staff. Room service was much better than we are tyically used to even from well known 5 star hotels.

I like the place but the security sucks just cause I go there a lot and have an older RV now they won't even let my RV in parking lot also won't let you give your friends you came with money but I love the games they got and found the best time to go there is between 3-7 am win more then and less people

Love the casino...getting checked into our room was terrible...we got pre-checked in...then came back at 4 and stood in line for 30 minutes before getting out card. People in the non pre-check line were moving faster as they had 3 people helping them and we only had 1. If they are going to make people precheck then clear that line first. My advice, just wait in the normal line.
