I seriously injured my foot and was in need of one of those "scooters for your leg." Northern Pharmacy quickly got me what I need. There was no hassle. Everyone was friendly and helpful and everything ran smoothly. They made the process as easy and hassle-free as possible.
Nothing but extreme praise on the professionalism and care from everyone I came into contact with during my recent visit to get my J & J vaccine. Because of the nature of this visit and the large masses going through this process, I didn't feel like just being "processed" through to get it done. There was extreme individual concern and care to make sure I was doing well, feeling well, and going to be well. Thank you for what you do and how extremely well you do it.

Northern Pharmacy has provided the much-needed human element that was missing in my previous experiences with companies like CVS and Walgreens. It's the kind of service you can only get from a small local business. The staff has continuously been kind, empathetic, and helpful. Their free delivery service is easy and effective. Needless to say, my family and I are, and will continue to be, loyal customers!
My physician called in an order for me a week ago. After talking to 5 people who stated someone from customer service will be back in contact with me, today I speak with a representative who tells me they get 50 orders a day and it could take up to 2 wks. before customer service rep calls me back and then they will call my insurance co and then that could take up to another because people are having more elective surgeries. She even went on to say there is a hospital that told her her husband's cancer would be an elective surgery, so he was going to have to wait to have his elective cancer surgery to save his life. There are too many other companies that would be glad to have your business and treated you as such!
Good luck dealing with these folks. Called to see if a knee scooter was available to purchase. Yes was the answer. How much? I don t know but somewhere between the rental for a week and a month ($250). I got there, waited 30 minutes for someone to assist and then was told purchase price $450. I drove 25 minutes and waited 30 minutes for nothing. Could ve been handled on the phone. Amazon is gonna crush businesses like this.
This is THE worst pharmacy. They do not refill prescriptions when they're due for refills, the staff is incredibly rude over the phone, and mistakes are commonplace. I have medication delivered to my house for my son who has special needs and the delivery people have put his medication that must be refrigerated into other people's mailboxes and I am not notified that it is delivered. I have moved and changed my address with the pharmacy, for them to deliver the medication to my old address. There are so many things wrong with this place. I have to use this particular pharmacy for compound medicines, or else I would NEVER use this place.
I booked an appointment to get my J&J vaccine and because it was called back by the CDC my appointment ended up being canceled. I was surprised they took it upon themselves to book me a new one when supplies were available and I was able to get one of the 2 dose vaccines. It was a very pleasent experience and everyone was very nice and professional.
Northern pharmacy is located directly next door to the previous location of my business Traditional Wing Chun Baltimore.
So to make things convenient I decided to have my prescriptions transferred there so I would be able to pick them up anytime during work. Rose made that experience completely effortless and she took care of everything. I highly recommend Northern pharmacy and talking to Rose for all your medical needs
Closing down their branch in perry hall when there is a doctor's office next door that everyone used to get their prescription filled at because it was so convenient for the patients
This is a fantastic pharmacy that provides well-formulated compounded medications and other medical equipment as well. Their customer service is excellent, and orders are filled promptly. We have consistently received compounded (topical) medications that meet the needs of our patients and in-office procedures. Thank you!
