I have been going here for a couple of years now. The level of care at Northern Life is far superior to our old chiropractor. I had no idea just how much regular chiropractic care could do for my health. I always looked at it as something to do when my back felt out. I was surprised at how my overall health has improved and I'm now working with them on a plan to get off my acid reflux medication. I can safely say I have never felt as healthy as I do now. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

I had been painting ceilings and my neck and shoulders were so tight. Dr. Katelyn s adjustment worked like magic. I felt better immediately and felt fine the next day. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. I recommend her highly!

I have been seeing Dr. Jace at Northern Life Chiropractic in Burnsville since June 2014 for sciatica pain. With diligent adjustments we have made progress. An added benefit is having a physical therapy practice included in the services Northern Life has to offer. Erin has put me through the paces, some of them not so comfortable, but again, we have made progress. My daily sciatica pain is gone, rarely flaring up.

I highly recommend Northern Life Chiropractic, everyone there is extremely positive and friendly with only your improved health in mind. Try them, you'll like them "Mikey"! You may have to be of a certain age to understand that reference ;-)

Dr. Ryan is fantastic! He is genuine and cares so much for his patients. I have been to multiple chiropractors before Dr. Ryan and not all chiropractors demonstrate the knowledge, compassion and integrity and he does. Dr. Ryan has always made me feel so comfortable and takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I have and will continue to recommend him to others.

I had probs w/ 3 disks and was on meds for the pain. After a little while w/ Dr. Jeff & his team, I was off the meds and getting stronger.

A while back, I was in a car accident that threw me out of alignment again and added a lot of muscle pain. Dr. Jeff's team got things fixed up again quickly and courteously.

We met Dr Char and friends at Prior Lake Days... went to that just to get out of the home office for a few hours! We're really glad we did and that we met. We took advantage of their introductory offer and I can say it has been a life-changing experience for us. The team at Northern Life make it easy, affordable and convenient to have schedule regular visits and keep them. In particular, I have RA and Fibromyalgia, both very painful conditions. Dr Char is gentle and can tell with a touch when she needs to be more so. I love their open environment; I've watched her treat each person individually, meeting each person's unique needs. We'll be here a long time.

Dr. Ryan and Dr. Bryan are the absolute best!! From the second I walked into my first appointment Dr. Ryan was extremely informative and has had my best interest in mind as we work through my structural changes. Both Dr. Ryan and Dr. Bryan explain things in a very understandable manner. They also takes the time to really listen to your needs and wants. The staff at Northern Life Wellness is so friendly and kind. The energy that is in the atmosphere when you go to get adjusted is phenomenal. I was very skeptical about chiropractic care but after seeing Dr. Seth for neck and low back pain, I have never looked back! Love taking the few minuets to take care of my overall heath. Dr. Jace (I hope I spelled it right) has been nothing but patient centered! My body was becoming worn down from all the lifting and moving of patients that I have to do. With in 4 weeks of regular adjustments, I have little to no back pain 90% of my work week. When I am having pain or discomfort the staff ensures to help me in and out of clinic. They provide changes that I can make in my daily routine to make my adjustment even more effective. They are a little on the speedy side, however I feel like it is well worth all that I have gotten from it!

I really enjoyed working on my pitching mechanics with Human Movement specialist, Charlie Dunnick. After just a few sessions, he helped to fix my throwing motion to make it both more efficient and powerful. I ve already noticed myself throwing harder in games. I really enjoyed the sessions not only because of the progress I made in my pitching mechanics, but also because Charlie is a great person to be around. I would recommend people get in touch with him if they are looking to become a better baseball player.

The PT staff at Northern Life Wellness is awesome! I've had PT care through 2 rear end collisions, neck,lower back and shoulder issues and Aaron has helped me tremendously.He is very knowledgeable and teaches and explains things about your injury so you understand what's going on.He also has a great attitude and fun to talk to.

I have to say I was not aware of how important it is take care of your back and have it aligned correctly to perform day to day functions. Doctor Belcher is one of the most thorough and genuine physicians I have come across. He is able to explain the problem and educate the patient on a properly strategized solution. I would recommend seeing Doctor Belcher for initial exams as he will make sure to do a very detailed examination.

I started to go to Northern Life over 5 yrs + ago, when i started to go, my back would lock up, hard to walk up 5 stairs being in so much pain or walking the mall was difficult. If i lasted one hour i was lucky.

At first i was 3 times a week, and for the past few yrs I now am going every other week FAITHFULLY!

With the care that i have received, i now work a full time job, took on a part time job that is VERY VERY PHYSICAL 4 1/2 yrs ago, working on average 30 hours (concrete floor), doing a lot of lifting, bending, pulling. A job I could have never taken on before. No way would i have lasted an hour at my part time job, let alone 26-30 hours a week, plus a full time job working 43 hours a week.

I am often asked how do i work 2 jobs, at my age, from those 40 + yrs younger how can i do this work at my age, and a full time job. Not to mention keeps me healthy, with the suggested vitamins with only going home sick ONE TIME, in 4 1/2 yrs.

It is through there care, suggestions on supplements to take that have worked wonders!

Anyone who reads this review, I can honestly say i too was afraid to see a Chiropractor. DO NOT FEAR! THEY ARE AWESOME!

I've only been going to Northern Life Chiropractic and Physical Therapy for the past week and already I've seen a HUGE difference in my recovery (recent back injury).

The Physical Therapy staff (Erin and Aaron) are both friendly and awesome to be around. I feel that they both have my best interest at heart. They're very understanding of my level of pain. I look forward to seeing Dr. Erin 3 times a week because she's so down to earth and really knows her stuff.

As for the Chiropractic side of things, I was really hesitant to try (had never seen a Chiropractor before). Matt assured me that he would try his best to get me to a healthy state and improve my severe pain in my lower back. As I said, it's only been a week and I look forward to every visit with him I have -- he REALLY knows what he's doing and explains the process so thoroughly. I honestly didn't think I would be walking as well as I am, a week out from my injury, but Matt has helped! I am now a firm believer in seeing a Chiropractor!

The physical therapists at Northern Life in Burnsville, MN are phenomenal! Aaron and Monica have been extremely helpful. My partner Katie has recently started going for regular appointments and although they don't work directly with me they still help me with any questions I have and have great suggestions and answers for them. My partner has already seen progress after only two appointments. I would always highly recomment to anyone to go to Northern Life! They are friendly, helpful, and highly qualified.

I know and have had experience with a lot of chiropractic doctors and Dr. Matt Erlandson at NLC is truly one of the best! He has great hands and has been very effective in helping my body function at a higher level through top notch chiro care. He put me on a plan from the beginning so that I had a clear idea of what care would cost and how long it would take to see results, which I was appreciative of. He is an avid athlete himself (built like a truck and can easily move bones in a bigger guy like me) and practices what he preaches through doing triathlons and half marathons,, which is very important to me and makes me feel like he understands my sports-related issues. He adjusts my girlfriend as well (able to change his amount of force he uses between her and I skillfully) and she has gotten great relief due to having scoliosis pain in the past. Dr. Erlandson is definitely the D.C. to see in the south metro area.

Walking into this office feels like coming home. Yes, it's beautifully decorated, but more importantly, I'm not treated like a "number" when I'm here - I feel as though I am a significant part to the doctor's day and that they all truly care about me. After seeing several other doctors and not feeling as though I received the care I deserved, the docs here have transformed mine and my family's lives. I still kick myself for not coming to Northern Life sooner.

I was referred to Northern Life Chiropractic almost two years ago via one of my student's parents. She approached me about Northern Life because she knew my daughter had been struggling with persistent illness due to asthma flare ups. Prior to Northern Life, a typical year for my daughter would include at least 3-4 nights at Children's ER, several urgent care trips, many missed days of school and multiple doses of prednisone and other asthma medications. Upon initial consultation, Dr. Jeff clearly explained what was going on with Kendall and described a plan to help her. I was so impressed that I made an appointment to have my own consultation with Dr. Jeff. My main concern was an old neck injury sustained during an auto accident. The long-term effects of this injury had started to become unbearable. After both initial consultations, I was eager to commit to the treatment plans Dr. Jeff had recommended for my daughter and myself. Since then, we have been in the very competent hands of Dr.Jeff and his team and our lives are dramatically different as a result. I no longer struggle with ongoing neck pain, and if it does flare up, they know just what needs to be done. As a school teacher, I rarely get sick due to a strengthened immune system now that my neck and spine are healthy. In addition, my daughter no longer spends multiple nights in the ER, urgent care and rarely needs rescue medications for her asthma. If she does have a flare up, it is very minor and is usually cut abruptly short via an extra adjustment from the wonderful Dr.'s at Northern Life. I highly recommend Northern Life Chiropractic. The NLC team is like a family. It is clear they genuinely care about each and every person who walks through their doors. My daughter has often told me how grateful she is to the Dr.'s at Northern Life for helping her to be a healthier kid! We are very happy, life-long customers!

I have never been to a chiropractor until now and it turns out, my first visit was the most important and most productive thing I could have done for my overall health. The doctors here are so knowledgeable and informative. They explain a lot of medical terms that I don't understand and made me feel comfortable. To have one resource for Chiropractic and Physical Therapy care has been nothing short of LIFE CHANGING. Seriously. I ve been a Chiropractic patient for about 10 years. Northern Life Wellness has been so great! I have been coming for a few months now and am currently 29 weeks pregnant! I have gotten the best care and adjustments! Dr Wyatt is so great and helpful and answers any questions or concerns I have! I can t wait to bring my son here for adjustments once he is here!

I have been going to see the Dr.'s at Northern Life for over 8 years. I played varsity lacrosse throughout high school. They helped me stay ready to play all year long. I'm now a nurse. I started having problems with my low back pinching off my sciatic nerve and my upper back pinching the nerves running to my arms when I was a sophomore in college. Not only did they do adjustments to realign my back, but they also showed me exercises to help prevent it from happening again. I'm happy to say that I've been work-related injury free for 2 years, pretty incredible for a once injury prone hospital nurse!
To sum it up, these doctors are great! They are amazingly attentive to anything that affects your health. I'm going to be moving north of the river at some point in the near future. Even if I have to brave the Crosstown at rush hour, I know that I'll keep coming because Northern Life is just that good!

Dr Jeff and his staff are truly exceptional!!! They treat you as a member of the family and not a patient, they listen to and do their best to take care of you. Since I have started with them I have not had any back issues to speak of, in fact it was the first time I have not had issues with my back when Golf season started. They truly take an interest in your personal well being. The whole staff makes an effort to get to know you as a person. PT department is fun and yet still pushes you to your limits to get better faster.

I was very hesitant to visit a chiropractor, but after hearing so many positive stories from friends that visit Northern Life Chiropractic, I decided to go. From my first appointment to the subsequent adjustments, everything has been very thoroughly explained; what was going on with my spine, how misalignments affects other parts of the body, exercises/stretches to do at home, etc. I suffered from very frequent headaches. After just a few adjustments, my headaches started to occur less frequently and I rarely get them anymore. It's amazing how much better I feel now and I love that I'm not constantly taking ibuprofen/acetaminophen to mask the pain anymore.

I've been adjusted by each of the doctors and they are all great! Everyone in the office is genuinely nice. I very highly recommend Northern Life Chiropractic!

Dr. Jace has been taking care of me since March 2014. He is caring and honestly concerned about my health. Best of all he puts up with my joking with him! Kylee is the most welcoming face when you walk in the front door and a breath of fresh air. Nice to be in a health focused office where all the people really care about you.

First time chiropractic client and I couldn't have found a better practice. The doctors at NLC address your immediate concerns, then go beyond to constantly educate you on how their adjustments affect your overall wellness. My son and I have been seeing Dr. Jace Foss at Northern Life Chiropractic for about 3 months. When I was talking to Dr. Jace at an event outside of the clinic I mentioned I was having trouble with one of my ears not unplugging and I was concerned with the amount of air travel coming up. He offered to see me right away and said he could adjust my ear and that should help; I had never heard of that. The day before I had been seen by a general practitioner and he said I had an inverted ear drum and I needed to see a specialist. It was going to take weeks before I could get in and most likely there was little they could do. After seeing Dr. Jace and getting my ear adjusted it immediately unplugged and opened up. He taught me how to continue to adjust my ears so I would know what to do when I was traveling. I was so impressed I decided to give him a try. He not only adjustments my neck he adjusts my lower spine and within a few visits the chronic pain I have felt on and off for years is gone. In addition, if Dr. Jace is not available or attending to another patient there are other Doctors in the clinic you can see. The staff is pleasant, helpful and very accommodating when you need to make adjusts with your appointments. I am so thankful for the care from Dr. Jace and others at Northern Life Chiropractic. I will continue to recommend them to anyone interested in getting rid of their pain or getting ahead of it before it starts; like my son is doing.

Northern Life Wellness Physical therapy is an awesome non conventional PT facility. They don't give you a stack of paper and expect you to follow it. They work along side you and push you to meet your goals.

I called to get my husband in kind of last minute. He would have been a new client I was kinda calling around to see if anyone would take him that day (fri 3/13) or the next (sat 3/14). I first asked if they are taking new clients and the receptionist said yes, i then asked if they take state insurance as that is what he is on, she said yes. She then put me on hold a minute to ask and if he could do a first and second day appt all in one. When she got back on she said good news we can fit all of it in one appt tomorrow! Very happy I said great! she took his insurance information over the phone and then asked where I had heard about them and I responded that I found them through a google search. She then told me oh that is great we have a $20 coupon for that! I said awesome, now how much will we pay out of pocket with that $20 coupon and what that would cover.. She said they will go over all the insurance stuff when he gets there but the coupon covers the consultation, x ray and adjustment!! I was so happy! what a steal!! so jump to the next day when my husband gets there and she takes his insurance card, scans it and says he is good to go back. Gets through the consultation, the xray, and adjustment. When he gets abck up to the front the receptionist tells him, oh we actually do not take your insurance and it is going to be $80 for today... They also gave us the $20 REFERRAL coupon for finding them on google. I am not so much upset about the coupon part of this becuase whatever.. but I asked multiple times if they covered his insurance and what we would pay, even giving the insurance information over the phone and then when he got there she didn't even tell him BEFORE getting adjusted and waiting until after when he had no option but to pay. CROOKS and UNPROFESSIONAL. very dissatisfied customer and will NEVER return.

in response to the owners response: We do not want and services from your business. What I would like is our money back. And we should have been told from the beginning after giving the insurance information MULTIPLE times before even being seen our network of insurance was not accepted and would have had to pay out of pocket, I then would have never even scheduled an appointment.. Instead, it was implied our insurance was accepted and would cover the cost. What if we would have not had any money to pay??? luckily for you guys, we did.

Dr. Bryan is a wonderful chiropractor and educator. I appreciated that he described each adjustment that he was doing while he was doing it. I had a particular spot near my right shoulder blade that had been troubling me for weeks. Dr Bryan listened carefully and after just one adjustment, I noticed a significant improvement. I highly recommend Dr. Bryan to anyone looking for a chiropractor who truly cares about educating and connecting with his patients.

These folks know what they are doing. Deep experience gives this clinic the ability to really get to the problem. The atmosphere is always really fun and welcoming too!

Dr. Jeff is amazing! I am so impressed by his caring and attentiveness to each person he meets!

My rating is based on this clinics billing practices. Make sure you understand this fully before you sign any paperwork - we were distracted with a special needs kid (visits to new places are generally chaotic) and wound up paying some astronomical amounts for chiropractic services for what I would consider routine maintenance (no injury, etc.)

I have known Dr Jeff for years as a business partner and friend. In December I fell of a ladder and fractured four ribs and vertebrae. I experienced vertigo and constant pain. My doctors said nothing could be done. Dr Jeff carefully examined me and felt he could help me get better. After our first season my vertigo was gone. I couldn't believe it. Each session that followed I improved. I am a true believer in Dr. Jeff and Northern Life Wellness. I am so Thankful and Blessed to have Dr Jeff in my life!!

Little did I know after having a lumbar laminectomy and discectomy on my L5-S1 in 1997 that my back problems were far from over. Less than 5 years later I woke up to find myself paralyzed by the pain in my low back and unable to walk. After spending a few days in the hospital, I thought I would be forced to have a second back surgery, but my best friend recommended I see Dr. Jeff, owner of Northern Life Chiropractic, first and I am SO glad I did! From the very first day I walked (barely) into Dr. Jeff's office, he and his staff have treated me like family. Before I had even met any of them, they greeted me by name and did everything they could to make me comfortable, something I will never forget. I followed an aggressive schedule of adjustments (4-5 visits per week for the first several weeks) and then it tapered off as I began to heal. It was a very long road, but after several months I was essentially pain free for the first time in years. I experienced more relief from Dr. Jeff's healing hands than I had from that horrendous back surgery. Dr. Jeff was truly my angel back then... If only I had met him sooner, I would have NEVER had that surgery! I saw him for maintenance adjustments for a few years until I bought a house on the opposite side of the cities, which made it difficult to continue to see him because of the long distance. I know the importance of getting regular adjustments and tried to find another chiropractor closer to me, but Dr. Jeff had set the bar so incredibly high, I just wasn't able to find anyone with the same level of integrity, knowledge, and heart that Dr. Jeff has. Despite not having regular adjustments, I still managed to remain pain free for the most part up until about a month ago when I experienced a major flare-up in my low back along with some additional pain in my mid-/upper-back and neck. I tried another chiropractor one more time for convenience sake, but he did absolutely nothing for me so I emailed Dr. Jeff to see if he might be able to squeeze me in. It was a Friday and he called me soon after I messaged him to let me know that, while he wouldn't be in the office on Saturday, he would be driving by it on his way to a speaking engagement he was scheduled for in St. Paul. He met me at his office that next morning before the office even opened to take care of me. I live an hour away from his office, but I knew being under his care was the ONLY option for me. I currently drive to his office for adjustments 3x/week and also see one of his physical therapists there 2x/week. It has only been a little over 3 weeks and I already have been experiencing significant relief and I know, from my experience working with him all those years prior, I am well on my way to complete healing and being pain free once again. I cannot even put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Jeff. The amount of attention and focus he puts into caring for each and every one of his patients is nothing short of absolutely remarkable. If you are experiencing pain and have tried everything under the sun, including other chiropractors, to find relief and have not had any success, go see Dr. Jeff... He is a miracle worker and you will not be disappointed!
