I went to see John after meeting him at a local Crossfit. I had visited other Chiropractic s in the area and they could not seem to correctly diagnose my pain I was having in my left arm. Within minutes of meeting with John he diagnosed my problem and begins to immediately get to work. By the time I left the pain in my arm and the mobility was already better. He just made a long time customer.

The Doctors and staff members at Northern Life Wellness will make you feel like you are right at home from the second you are kindly greeted at the front desk to the moment you walk out the door! All of the employees are there to be certain that you receive the best care possible, and treat patients like they are part of the family!

I started treating with Dr. Jeff and his associates almost 20 years ago. They've cared for me through a car accident, a couple of head injuries, a shoulder injury and just maintenance care.
Both the Chiropractors and the Therapy staff care about your health and well being.
And I can't forget about the great staff at the front desk. They see me walk in and before I can even get to the desk, they have me checked in!

I've been going to and receiving exceptional service from Northern Life for five months now with my family. The staff are all friendly, and they are accommodating to people of all ages, from newborns on up. The Doctors are knowledgable, engaging, and caring. During the visit, we are each treated in a personable way, with focus given to the whole body, head to toe, including tips on keeping yourself healthy. The office offers low cost plans to meet the needs of clients with no insurance, but also accepts many HMOs. They also offer low cost vitamins, supplements, pillows, etc... Since going to Northern Life, our quality of life has improved. My chronic migraine headaches have dissipated, and my daughter who had chronic upper respiratory infections is finally well. I highly recommend Northern Life Chiropractic!

I have worked with both Matt and John and they are GREAT. They will listen to your needs and are willing to try new things in order to help correct your issues. The facilities are comfortable and you can relax in a massage chair as long as you want. I do wish that they were open later on Saturday mornings.

I have been going to Northern Life Chiropractic for about a month. They have helped my back to improve immensely during such a short amount of time. I have scoliosis. During the past 5 years the pain has become more aggressive. It was painful for me to sit or stand for long periods of time. I work a lot of hours, so it was becoming more and more difficult to remain focused and keep working with consistent dedication. Dr. Matt has helped me so much. He always explains the adjustments and care that he will be giving and asks what I think. This is really helpful because then I can give my input if there is an adjustment that I feel is too intense for my back, and will increase my pain. He helped me to create a plan that was best for my body and set up appointments that work with my busy schedule. I can feel a difference in my body on a day-to-day basis, and I know that my body is healing. All of the office staff are friendly and helpful. They ask how they can help you and go out of their way to fulfill it. I recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I are daily jiu-jitsu practitioners, and looking for some relief for our sore bodies. Katie and Cherrie from BodyKneads/Northern Life Wellness were fantastic! They did a great job asking questions, explaining the massage process, and making us comfortable. We ll be regulars for sure!

My family has been coming to Northern Life for 8 years and we love them. I also coach youth sports and I have referred multiple kids over the years with great results 100% of the time. Every person I have ever sent here has been satisfied and turned into longtime clients. The great thing is they work on everything, not just backs and necks. I can send a pitcher with a sore shoulder and elbow and they are taken care of. I can send a linebacker with a tweaked ankle and he is back on the field in a day or two. Not only do they have the knowledge but the fact that they truly care about the patient is what sets Northern Life apart. Don't miss out on the massage therapists. My wife loves it when I get her a massage.

Dr. Bryan Belcher is phenomenal, I really appreciate his ability to explain to me the treatment he was giving in a way I understood it. I had been having neck pain for awhile that was causing some tension headaches and he was able to provide some immediate relief for that! I highly recommend him for your next appointment!

I've been going to Northern Life Chiropractic for 3 years and I love the staff there. Always friendly and helpful. I have recently had to go downstairs to the Physical Therapy area and see Charlie. He is the best. Always makes me laugh even when I'm hurting and don't want to do the exercises. Always encouraging me and making me feel good about my progress. Since I have Fibromyalgia certain days are just hard and he is oh so patient with me and I always feel good when I leave. You are in good hands from the time you walk in till the time you walk out. I love this place and the people who are there throughout the day.

I have been having a very bad knee issue over the last couple years. I had Dr Bryan Belcher take a look at it. After doing a couple easy movements he was able to tell what the probable was, and how he was going to make the adjustment. He made sure i was comfortable with what was going on and explained everything so I know what would happen. I can't speak highly enough for how much i would recommend Dr. Belcher!

I love it here! The doctors help you feel better and they all know you on a first name basis and create a personal relationship with you. I would highly recommend to everyone because they are affordable, knowledgeable, and help you feel better.

I have not been to a chiropractor for quite some time. I was amazed at the xrays of my spine. I was feeling rather unmotivated and slightly sluggish. After receiving adjustments and treatment I feel taller and my wife has noticed that I am able to accomplish more tasks. I get a lot more done in one day than I used to.

Great Chiros, great care. Music is a little loud and a bit more biblical than I like, but super nice people in a great space.

This place is awesome! Built for overall health and wellness. Chiropractic space is open and has so many beautiful views on the pond behind the building, plus they are always there to help you. The Physical therapists are super knowledgeable, and supportive. The massage therapists are amazing! They are so talented with the variety and ability to do what is needed. They are the grade A when it comes to auto accident recovery, or workman's comp recovery. My next step is to get in to see the nutritionist on staff! I will be coming here for many years to come. The atmosphere of the place is that of a northern MN cabin, I love it!

I came to Northern Life Wellness Physical Therapy Department after having rotator cuff surgery as well as my bicep tendon reattached. I first started physical therapy with Charlie within the first week after my surgery. I can even begin to tell you how amazing my experience was having Charlie as my physical therapist through out a long, grueling healing and strengthening process. The results were well beyond my and even my surgeons expectations. In less than one year I was back playing shortstop on my baseball team. I have full range of motion, throwing pain-free, with no restrictions on working out with weights again! If I could give a rating hi th wr than 5 stars I would! Charlie is personally invested into designing a program that fits your recovery needs, depending on your specific physical activities in the future. He is open and honest with you on what it is going to take to get you fully recovered from whatever physical impairment you have. In short, Charlie truly cares about you achieving full recovery!

I'm not from the area and I chose Northern Life Chiropractic because they specialize in women's health and were conveniently in my network for insurance coverage.

The receptionist helped in answering my questions in getting started. My consultation was encouraging and realistic for my needs. Dr. John took x-rays, explained my problem areas and developed a care plan affordable for me. He explained in detail what my back was doing, roughly how long my treatment would be and how he and physical therapy would work with me to ensure an affordable plan. With therapy near by, Dr. Erin took what I had to say and gave me useful exercises that I had knowledge of and my body could perform either at the gym or on my own. My recovery for my injury was a relaxing 2 month experience. I go back for adjustments that always feel like a mini vacation!

Dr. Bryan has done wonders with my neck and shoulder pain. I still love playing softball but the last few years has been much more difficult because of the soreness that I would get from my neck down to the elbow of my throwing arm. He showed me how my posture was off, and how the subluxations in my neck affected the nerves into my arm. After about a month this spring I was feeling much better, and the first few games of this year have been much better. Thanks Dr. Belcher

First of all, this is the best looking office I have ever been to! It doesn't have a stuffy office feeling at all. The staff is very kind and I feel like everyone who is there actually cares about me. I would recommend this office to anyone young or old!

So I am a very active softball player and I play outfield. Every year close the end of the season, my shoulder will start to send a tingle all the way down my right arm. I started going to Northern Life Wellness in May. They did these amazing shoulder stretches and I have not had that tingling feeling this year. I owe this all directly to the great job they do! I am a new patient of Dr. John. My job is in the heath care field and I stand on my feet all day doing ultra sound. I have had other chiropractors try to release the tension in my neck and back without long term success. Dr. John took the time to explain the importance of spin health and how it effects everything else in the body. After just three appointments with Dr. John I have not had a tension headache and my neck and shoulders are feeling great. I know Dr. John has me well on my way to better health.
