Was there with a friend to get finger prints taken for a job. Nice parking lot plenty of space. Inside greated by 2 people who were very nice. The front greeting area is spacious and very comfortable. The main piece of artwork was completed by clients. Beautiful work made with a professional artist paid for through a grant.
This is absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. Mackenzie Sharbono in the HR dept thinks she runs the world and does whatever she wants to. If you have a disabled family member DO NOT put them with this company. They are not compliant with current laws and Shari Nugard has no patience for the clients even though she is the "second" in command. They have an expectation that their employees work around the clock for no pay. If you are thinking of working here DON'T!
I have worked for NER for a while now, the pay and benefits are wonderful and the unique and person centered programs make me feel like I'm really making a difference with my work day. It is an amazing feeling knowing I am truly helping people live their best lives every day!
Almost everyone is family or friends at the corporate office. I have a few key words to describe my short lived experience while working for this organization. Favoritisms,blackmail,deceit, and consistent gossip. I was very uncomfortable while employed at this establishment. HR is a hot mess and a joke. They will not take you seriously if it is not what they want to hear. They will make fake reasons to fire you if you don t line up to there true value POWER by any means I would not recommend Working for a place like this is you have Christian or any religious background. Unqualified individuals working in management and they have no faith in the people they hire because they don t have faith. God Bless them all.
I've been employed with NER for 9 months. I felt very welcomed coming on board. Administrative staff, Supervisors, Direct Support have all been great. The current Administration is very much directing change for the benefit of all; they are open to feedback from anyone that wants to offer it. Definitely a breath of fresh air compared to similar companies I worked with in this capacity. I would recommend them to anyone
