Very kind when speaking with customers on the phone. Seem to actually care about recycling, rather than seeing Green Team as just a job.

They never come the day they re suppose to in austintown, if even at all. Always end up throwing my recycling in the garbage because they don t show up, so what s the point?

Pick up every two weeks. Never miss the rounds regardless of the weather. Very convenient service

I recycle through my local drop off they need to get more pick up so the containers are not overflowing

I hope they are not getting taxpayer dollars for this service. I put my recycling out every other week on time in the bins. More than half the time it never gets picked up.

Website has list of accepted items, upcoming hazardous waste and electronics drives, and they will drop off another bin to your house if one isn't enough!! Also, they answer the phone during business hours.

I'm glad that this county has some sort of a recycling program even if it inadequate as a lot people have no knowledge about your recycling program.

Typical tax payer funded government agency...only one phone number to reach anyone there and no-one answers the phone during business hours. Maybe I should start throwing my recyclables in the regular trash since I can't reach anyone?

I don't know nothing about this company, just wanted to leave a 5 star because some how i ended up here reading their horrible comments lol. Great job guys!! keep up doing whatever you guys do.

The drivers for Campbell Ohio dont know how to do there job and pluse they always come 5 days late alot of the times until somone complains pluse on top of that after the factct of somone complaining they decide there going to come at 6 in the morning they take pictures so they can say o we came to pick it up well alls i have to say is do your job becuse the way i look at it right now is you guys dont care about if peopme recycling becuse if you did if somone forgets to put out their bens becuse your drivers want to come a week laer and confuse people you should make it your obligation to send a driver back out we shouldn't have to correct your drivers mistakes and drive the recycling to one of your drop off locations.

I started recycling with them in August, I called and set up my address for pick up. They came the first time but missed every time after. I have called multiple times and was told he was a new driver but they will fix it. All of my neighbors get picked up but mine never does without a call to the office. They missed it again today, on Christmas eve and no one is in the office anymore to call for a pick up. All of my neighbors are picked up. I am done with this company, it is horrible.
