Straight up, I will drive out of my way and pass other hospitals to go to this hospital. I have been there several times over the years for serious medical conditions, including open heart surgery i9n 2017. The staff from the ER all the way through surgery, recovery, ICU and step down were professional, courteous and basically saved my life.

I understand that some people have had problems, but I have not. If I had questions or any concerns, I found the administration folks easy to find and easy to talk to.

My son is actually currently admitted there with COVID, and I have every bit of faith and trust that he will be well taken care of.

I came to have an outpatient surgery. I was treated with respect, everybody was so kind and so caring The nurses, doctors, even the reception staff.
This is the surgery that I originally had scheduled through University health system, but their doctor was just horrible! Dr. Carol ladies from the moment I met you!
Everything is so clean and so organized. I feel like I was in good hands.

Great experience as always good people! A little long in ER but worth the wait!

Waiting room well spaced for social distancing. Nursing assistants very friendly. I love my new Dr. Patel. Patiently answered my questions, explained my medications in everyday language.

The Quality of care was excellent. First Diagnosed with upper respiratory infection. Return to ER with excellent care provided for Peritonsillar abscess. Nurses, Doctors, Patient care technicians, and house keeping staff very professional. Food Staff Ramiro very friendly

My wife and I came in to be seen. She was having Covid-19 issues after testing positive the previous week. She was seen and was told she was fine. I on the other hand was seen within 30 minutes having chest tightness. After had some x-rays and EKG done and testing negative once again, on top of having blood drawn twice I was informed I would be seen by a Dr. Almost 5 1/2 hours go by and not being seen I checked myself out. Went elsewhere and found out that I had bronchitis within 10-15 minutes. My wife had to wait in our vehicle the entire time because she was told since she was positive for covid-19 she could not wait inside. Very poor customer service. I understand maybe being short staffed and especially during a pandemic but we were the only two patients that early in the morning.

The only reason I gave it a 5 is because there is no 10. All the folks were very professional, helpful and friendly. I won't say it was fun but they made it less stressful.

I don t go to hospitals very often, but the ER staff was awesome! The wait was a bummer, but well worth it. Dr. Kann and Nadine (my nurse) were fantastic and friendly. I felt confident in the care I was receiving and even left with a laugh. Thanks you guys!

My surgery in the hospital was perfect.
Dr. Harrell did an excellent surgery all the nurses and the doctor team gave me the best care. I will highly recommend

Visit was timely and not too long of a wait. Went in due to COVID concern. They did labs and a swab. Said they would call in a few days. It s been over a week and still haven t heard anything. Visit good, follow up not so good.
