This company refuses to fix defects on our brand new house, not that they are anyway capable of building to anywhere near an acceptable standard. House leaks to the point of flooding, slab not built to engineers specifications, not square, bathroom that doesn't drain, fireplace that leaks as well as the flu not connected properly when we had to re-open the wall which was a dangerous fire hazard. We have spent thousands with reputable trades trying to fix too many issues to list. We have had two independent building inspectors as well as our home insurance company all say that this house isn't built to Australian standard and also an appalling finish.
Steve and the team were absolutely amazing to deal with. They went above and beyond to provide the best service and build. They even stayed back on a friday afternoon to help me lift TV's and move furniture. Lovely team, friendly, excellent service. Could not recommend enough !!

We got Northcorp to construct a "granny flat" for us - although the term "granny flat" is something of a misnomer. What the boys built is a free standing one bedroom home with 9 foot ceilings complete with living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
From the very beginning Steve could not have been more helpful or more understanding. During the construction phase Steve and Sam were brilliant listening to our quibbles and addressing even our very slightest concerns. The final product is absolutely brilliant; expertly constructed and the envy of all who have seen it. And, in our opinion, great value for money. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve and Northrop to prospective builders or renovators.
