This company refuses to fix defects on our brand new house, not that they are anyway capable of building to anywhere near an acceptable standard. House leaks to the point of flooding, slab not built to engineers specifications, not square, bathroom that doesn't drain, fireplace that leaks as well as the flu not connected properly when we had to re-open the wall which was a dangerous fire hazard. We have spent thousands with reputable trades trying to fix too many issues to list. We have had two independent building inspectors as well as our home insurance company all say that this house isn't built to Australian standard and also an appalling finish.
