Zero customer service on the phone. They must not be aware of the pandemic? They ll spend 5 minutes giving you the run around but refuse to answer a yes or no question. Seems counterproductive.

Horrible experience with ClearBalance. I decided to split up my monthly hospital payments over a period of a year and pay with my HSA. Bad idea -- even though I paid every month, I started getting late fees because my payments didn't match up perfectly with the bill due date. I called Customer Support to let them know about the issue, and they offered to change the payment due date so I would no longer get the late fees -- except that only made the problem worse!

Long story short: I'm not paying my late fees and Western Alliance can bite me. Never doing business with them again.
