Hampton Inn Boston-Natick Reviews

I stay here every time I come to Natick for family purposes. This time was for family members funeral. It is always a pleasant stay.

I did not stay there but on 9/10/20 the manager and her assistant helped me in so many ways. They will go out of their way to help a person, no matter what. The two nicest persons you ever want to meet. I can't say enough but Thanks again.

I really enjoy staying at this Hampton location because the customer service is great and it is close to the Natick Mall, my son's college, and Wegman's! There is a restaurant in the hotel which is a plus and you can walk to a grocery store, liquor store and other places directly from the parking lot. My stays have been quiet and restful.

I like this hotel very much. It is my favourite in that area. Clean and friendly staff. Free hot breakfast. Attached to a sports restaurant (skybox). Across from the mall and there are couple of shopping stores with couple of minutes walking.

Don't mistake my bad rating for having anything to do with the afternoon staff; the check in person and lady who came to our room were wonderful. The facility, however...different story.
We got our room, 613, and upon entering discovered it was about 70 degrees; tried the AC to no avail. We called down and were graciously moved to another room (618).
The AC in 618 didn't work either, and the blower was so loud and grating that nobody could get any sleep. We ended up checking out around 9PM, not even staying overnight, because we couldn't take it.
We had been told earlier in the day that switching rooms at night was much more difficult than the daytime, so we didn't even try.
This was our first time in the area seeing family since Christmas 2019 due to the pandemic, and we were very disappointed that we had to leave for our long drive before we could see them again. My wife, son and I were exhausted.
This will be the only time we stay at your hotel.
Once again, please know that the afternoon customer service desk and person who assisted us in moving were wonderful. But your facility could use some TLC.
