Great staff. Really clean and nice. Easy parking close to the door. Hope to never have to return though!

The staff was kind and friendly. They took good care of me.

Despite horror stories I've heard about North Valley, they were very kind and professional to me when I broke my ankle, and again when I went in to surgery. When I had questions, they were answered, whenever they were about to proceed with a step, they explained to me what was going on. They did their best to make me feel comfortable at all times, and were all very kind to me. From my experience, it's a great hospital and I'd definitely recommend going there for your care!

After being treated so poorly at Kalispell Regional Medical Center , we went to North Valley Hospital and I can't even begin to tell you how professional, wonderful, quick , courteous, polite, welcoming, and comforting the staff at the ER was! I'm so glad we actually have one Hospital in the valley that we can count on!!! You guys are are absolutely amazing, thank you again!

The birthing center was great, peaceful and private and the staff was absolutely lovely! I had a wonderful experience here!

Got transported to North Valley in July with a broken femur. The staff in the ER and tending to me from my room were amazing!! They were very kind and compassionate and tried to make me really comfortable, despite my situation. Highly recommend!!

This last week both my husband and I had procedures done in outpatient surgery! Both of our experiences were excellent! Everyone was professional, careful and sweet! We would like to commend the whole staff and especially thank Courtney and Stacie who assisted with both procedures :) Lovely ladies!
And last but not least Dr. Gunlikson is an awesome surgeon with fabulous bedside manner!

I was extremely hurt by my interaction with the nurse I had in the er yesterday. I am suffering with a terrible case of covid and was told to head to the er when I started losing consciousness on multiple occasions. As soon as the nurse got me in the room she began ripping into me about not having a vaccination in an extremely loud and angry tone and talking to me as if I am some "anti-vaxxer" when she doesn't know a darn thing about my situation. She then started to go about "my friends" as if she knows I'm part of some gang or something. I'm just sitting here delirious and sick trying to get help and this lady is making a wal mart worthy scene on me while the door is closed. It was absolutely astounding to have that sort of treatment when all I wanted was to be stabilized so I could go home. An absolute bully, I hope she finds a new career because that was unacceptable.

Transparency all the way around. Whether its a good review or bad review, someone responds and tries to resolve the issue. They set the example of how a hospital should run and the staff has always been friendly and professional.
