Nizhoni has some of the most conscientious nurses that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The Nurses, Physical Therapists, and Occupational Therapists carry themselves with the utmost dignity while providing unparalleled ethical care. The office staff are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I recommend Nizhoni to everyone including my friends and family.

Nurses prefill a bunch of small pill boxes (daily containers) and leave the main box unlocked for patients to figure everything out alone (even though they pay for services). Nurses don't come by and when calling to make your complaint, beware that the person in charge won't give a flying f and pretty much shush you so she can hang up the call quickly and go on with her day.

The staff at nizhoni is very very good when it comes to enabling clients. Locking up a clients meds and then coming into the home to unlock and give them is a ridiculous concept. Ex: client asks nurse"could you pre- pour my meds for the weekend because I may have plans". Nurse replies " of course, that would be fine". Wow - did anyone over there at nizhoni stop to think this client may be hoarding (saving) those meds and then taking them all at once in one day? The rapid with the nurse to client is clumsy. Half the pills are the wrong ones. And the nurses are not aware of all the suicide attempts from overdosing. It also appears the staff is definitely unaware of their clients allergies to certain meds, because they are asking the client who happens to have dementia and a TBI. The staff listens to lies told yo them about good people that have taken care of them for years. Your so- called mental health system is nothing more than a mommy coming into the clients home to asdk how their day was. Then they give them pills that are usually the wrong ones, or something they are allergic to. You all are enabling, and keeping the "stigma" alive . That is all for now, but I assure you I am not done "reviewing" nizhoni. Thanks for your time.
